I first heard about her from my former co-worker who swore she was the BEST travel agent that anyone could dream of. Since then, I have switched jobs and moved to Texas from Maryland, and I still contact her in the year 2019 to book all my international trips. Until I discovered Mrs. Yoon, I thought using online search engines to find cheap airfare was good enough. However, trust me on this and give her a call when you are booking your international trips. Mrs. Yoon is extremely responsive and she actually can find you much cheaper and better tickets. In 2014, I had a family emergency and had to fly to South Korea asap. I began online searching and called airlines frantically to get a ticket, and the cheapest one I found was over $2300. I messaged Mrs. Yoon, and she immediately found another ticket at a significantly cheaper price. Recently, I was purchasing multiple tickets, and Mrs. Yoon helped me with complex upgrades and multiple trip updates. She IS the best travel agent I've worked with and I cannot recommend her enough.

Twenty-five hungry children were left waiting in the rain while we tried to figure out where the bus was. Another bus driver from the same company was already there before our group even arrived and continued with the schedule, while our group was delayed for over an hour because our bus never showed up on time. This level of unreliability during a school trip with children is unacceptable. Students, teachers, and chaperones should not have to wait in bad weather because of poor scheduling and lack of accountability. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves its coordination and communication.

We booked the beautiful overwater bungalows in both Moorea and Bora Bora and it was heavenly!
