Their chairs are not very comfortable, but the agents seem knowledgeable and they were able to help me to modify some airline tickets that I already had booked online. When we were in the process of selecting a wedding coordinator, we spoke with many wedding planners, but after meeting Amanda we knew Remembered Events was the team to go with! We appreciated her positive attitude and how established her processes are. This is such a special time for us so we wanted to make sure that anyone involved was someone that we could connect with and that would support us. She has always gone above and beyond to guide us as we floundered through the wedding planning process. She has handled an unprecedented situation with such grace and care. We had to postpone our March wedding to September due to the coronavirus pandemic. The weeks leading up to postponing the wedding was probably one of the most stressful times because of all the uncertainty surrounding covid-19, however Amanda was able to answer our many questions and once we made the decision to postpone, get us right back on track for our September 2020 wedding. Although our wedding day is still to come (I'll provide an updated review after the big day!), I couldn't wait to describe just how spectacular Remembered Events has been throughout this process. I told my FH that I really don't know how we could have handled the entire situation without Amanda and her team! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you don't need to look any further than Remembered Events!

FYI, I've never met her since we only communicated over the phone). I have worked with Mrs. Yoon at Accu Travel since 2013. I first heard about her from my former co-worker who swore she was the BEST travel agent that anyone could dream of. Since then, I have switched jobs and moved to Texas from Maryland, and I still contact her in the year 2019 to book all my international trips. Until I discovered Mrs. Yoon, I thought using online search engines to find cheap airfare was good enough. However, trust me on this and give her a call when you are booking your international trips. Mrs. Yoon is extremely responsive and she actually can find you much cheaper and better tickets. In 2014, I had a family emergency and had to fly to South Korea asap. I began online searching and called airlines frantically to get a ticket, and the cheapest one I found was over $2300. I messaged Mrs. Yoon, and she immediately found another ticket at a significantly cheaper price. Recently, I was purchasing multiple tickets, and Mrs. Yoon helped me with complex upgrades and multiple trip updates. She IS the best travel agent I've worked with and I cannot recommend her enough.

I…read morenever used a travel agent and honestly never thought it was necessary and always booked our trips travel myself. I am sure glad we used her for our honeymoon to Moorea and Bora Bora! She was able to make our dream honeymoon turn into reality. We knew we wanted the total package. This was our honeymoon, a once in a lifetime event. We booked the beautiful overwater bungalows in both Moorea and Bora Bora and it was heavenly! We are both very busy with work and school schedules, and have limited time, but Deborah made herself available to chat with us on Skype in the evenings, and email many before our trip. She gave us tons of inside tips, promptly answered all of (our many questions) and presented us with many option and pricing. Having gone to Tahiti as many times as she had, she is definitely an expert. As soon as we arrived to both islands we were greeted with beautiful fragrant leis by the staff and promptly driven to our resort. During our entire stay she checked in with the staff to make sure we arrived safely and got us the royal treatment and even some extra perks and surprises that one might never get. You can that she loves her job and makes sure her clients are well taken care of. My husband and I were treated like royalty at both resorts, but especially at The St. Regis. We didn't touch our bags once, and were greeted with another lei, cold water, and fragrant wet towels and wisked away by a motor yacht. My husband surprised me one night and booked a private romantic sunset catamaran tour that was out of this world, we swam with dolphins, sharks, snorkeled, and ate the most amazing food in the world. I would fully recommend using Deborah in the future and we look forward to going back one day for our anniversary!
