I prioritize everything but eating, but working with Patty I was able to go from my 1 1/2 meals a day to 5 minimum! That alone was a feat. STAY AWAY: Incompetent Administration and Zero Accountability…read more I am writing this to warn others: do not waste your time or money at this office. While the doctor is actually good and knowledgeable, the administrative side of this practice is an absolute disaster and completely undermines the medical care. The service here is beyond horrible. Every single appointment involves a wait time that consistently exceeds three hours, which is a blatant disrespect for patients' time. To make matters worse, they charge for unnecessary services while failing to deliver on the basic documentation you actually need. The lack of professionalism and incompetence is staggering: Failure to Deliver: I visited twice specifically for a medical letter for my employer. Despite two in-person visits, numerous phone messages, and multiple emails, they failed to provide a usable document. Pure Laziness: When they finally sent a "letter," it was a generic template that hadn't even been edited. It literally said "Insert Patient Name" where my name should have been. This is not just unprofessional; it is negligent and unusable for any employer. Hostile Staff: The front office staff is rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in basic customer service standards. They have no interest in helping patients or fixing the errors they make. The "standard" of care here is non-existent. It doesn't matter how good the doctor is if the office procedures are this broken. You will leave frustrated, empty-handed, and insulted. Go somewhere else where they actually value their patients and know how to perform basic office tasks.

I visited Seven Hills Medical to see Dr. V for my annual physical. I was greeted kindly, but then…read morethe front desk - Nerisia, insisted I pay $150 upfront due to my deductible. I explained this was a preventive annual physical, fully covered by my insurance. She stated the doctor refused to proceed without payment and confirmed that this was how they operated. I declined and requested my medical records, vowing not to return. I reported this to UnitedHealthcare, who confirmed this charge was improper and possibly fraudulent. They confirmed annual physical exams are 100% covered and not part of my deductible. This is not the first time. In June 2026, I paid $100 for a surgery clearance after a lengthy dispute. Later, I discovered he billed insurance only $48, though I was charged over double, including a credit card fee. I believe Dr. V is engaging in unethical, fraudulent practices that violate patient rights and put patients at risk. He and his medical staff should be investigated and held accountable. They all are meant to uphold medical practice standards governed by the state, and contractual obligations as indicated by the insurance, they are all complicit in operating illegally and unethically.

My visit on 12/19 was conducted by the doctor from his car. He advised he would increase the dosage to help continue weight loss. He never put that or any prescription in the system. I have made a dozen calls since then. I asked the call center to see if they could continue me on the dose I was originally on while the delay from the doctor continued. After sending it to the wrong pharmacy and then sending it without a diagnostic code and multiple more calls, it finally got done. Now I am told by the call center that this original dosage is in fact what the doctor prescribed. Apparently I am to believe that all the doctor recommended to me during the car tele-health visit was not accurate, not true? I haven't been weighed or examined by a health care provider since October, This is a very bad group. This is not health care. It is a prescription drug mill that is not concerned with patient care just billable phone calls masking as tele-health visits.

I went for Smartlipo on my abdomen with Dr. Khan and literally saw NO results. The practice during…read morethe procedure was highly questionable, the total time of the procedure was definitely WAY under 15 minutes, and the amount of extracted fat was 50ml (this is like 3 tbsp worth of fat). I went back for my 6 month follow up to address these concerns and Dr. Khan insisted that "it looks great" even when i said there was no change visible, however i still have the same subcutaneous fat on my abdomen and did not fix the issue in the slightest. I also found it alarming that during my consultation I was told that I would have 70% of that fat removed, during the procedure it was changed to 50%, but the reality was that it was WAY less than that, another doctor i went to review this said that it had to have been only a 5% total reduction. Absolute waste of money for someone who has been struggling for years to get rid of that last bit of stubborn fat after weight loss. The deeper i looked, it seems like i am not the only one whose having this issue, ive seen comments on instagram and even here on yelp mention the exact same thing. Please look for another surgeon. One word of advice is to find a place where you are consulting with the doctor themselves instead of a nurse or representative. I wish the deepest luck to anyone who is looking to reaching their body image goals, it is definitely a hard thing to work towards and I hope you find this review informative.

She's amazing at working her magic with microdermabrasion and laser (light) therapy. She's very experienced, has a great bedside manner, and her staff is nothing short of spectacular. Alexis, her office manager, is extremely helpful and professional. She made it super easy to set up an appointment and made sure we were fully aware and informed of our procedures every step of the way. So yeah, we are really excited to have started our make-overs with Dr. Arsenous. In a nutshell, Dr. Arsenous offers an ample array of cosmetic treatments and packages to help improve and freshen-up your look, such as IPL, Botox, fillers (Radiesse, Sculptra, Juviderm, etc). She also offers fancier procedures like fat transfer to the face and other areas, liposuction, breast augmentation - You name it. We received so much information during our first visit I was compelled to share my experience. Not only that, she happens to offer ALL of these services at her beautiful office/surgicenter which is conveniently located in Glendale, Queens. If you're not familiar with this area, know this place is not in the middle of the "hustle and bustle" part of town. Rather in the quiet, more serene part of Queens. Just minutes away from Atlas Mall. Moreover, our experience with the laser treatment - to fade away discoloration, fine lines and tighten lose skin - was ideal. The produce itself was 45 mins for me and 1hr for my mom. The laser doesn't burn at all, it's more of a warm flow of air over your face? It's kind of hard to describe, but the bottom line is it's painless! Although we could see some improvement right after the procedure, it will take another 3-4 weeks to see the real, more permanent, results. All in all, we are very happy to be patients of Dr. Arsenous.
