Let it be known, that I don't participate in the consumption of "illegal" substances and knew nothing about CBD prior to my visit, however the owners and staff of this fine establishment in Bayside, Queens were very knowledgeable and educated me on the differences between CBD oil, it's chemical composition and makeup AND how it was in no shape or form, related to marijuana. They have an extensive line of products from CBD ediblies, topical creams and even for the best of your 4-legged friends. THE BAD: Not having tried any CBD infused substances before, I was literally like a kid in a candy store. The problem is, I had no idea what to buy; from the coffee, to the CBD chocolate to even the lip balm. There were too many choices for me to decide. THE UGLY: When you realize you've never had a CBD edible before and then 5 minutes in, you are 11 gummies deep and want to doze off into a nice, sweet slumber when you haven't even made it out of the front door. Tobacco Town sold me faulty batteries for my vape and would not replace them…read more The batteries in their transport case started to get super heated and swell up. Liquid started to escape from the batteries which then went on my fingers/hands, and burned me. Tobacco Town REFUSES to take the batteries back, REFUSES to swap them out for another set, and REFUSES to issue a refund. Any one of these solutions would have made this review unnecessary since they could have worked with me, but instead they are not standing behind their faulty product. Do NOT go here. They are completely unreasonable with how they do business, and do not stand behind their product. Completely unprofessional with the entire process.
