Now, they continue their unethical behavior, lying even tho I have laid out all the evidence for every one to see! They should be ashamed and apologizing right now. At least now this complaint, as well as the other bad reviews she already has on BBB, are going to stay there for everyone to be warned. Even though business pay a fee to get accreditation from BBB they still can become ineligible if enough people report them, so always file your complaints. I have all the phone calls and all the proof that they are the negligent ones, I spent 20 days dealing with this bird, begging them to step in, paying for vet bills, not sleeping. They lied about the bird, the food he was eating, and only after threatening with lawyers they took the bird back but let it die and then refused to give me my money back! They should have taken care of this bird from the day they were made aware that they had messed up (a few days after I had him) which I also have the moment this happened it on a recorded conversation. Instead "Urban" instructed me to run before "it dies" to the vet to "save the bird" I invite you to read my complete essay on BBB, look at all the documents and pictures and you be the judge of who's lying here. It's a shame I can't post phone call conversations here. Like I said I have several phone recordings and videos that prove -they know -they are lying. At this point I'm going to be reporting them for animal cruelty as well. Because by their actions I can clearly see they are not going to change.

When we entered the store we were greeted with smiles. The location is clean and very well kept, but most importantly the birds were well taken care of. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Needless to say, we will be bringing our feather baby home in a few weeks. Highly recommended.

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, interested in your concerns, and overall the happiest staff you could ask for. They have any cage, perch, toy, food, vitamin, care product you could think of. Cutting, clipping, boarding for your little feathered friend. If you need a little amigo, they have a great selection ready for adoption. I love this place, you should check them out.

Due to turnover, as of this date, I would recommend shopping there ONLY IF YOU CAN BE HELPED BY MAX who is a very nice & helpful young man, with all good & positive qualities., DO NOT DEAL WITH A FEMALE NAMED OLLY. She is an angry female with no positive qualities. She proved it knowingly (or not) when I walked in & said hello. Olly not only did not reply, she turned and walked away. She has no business dealing with people. I just hope she treats animals better than she deals with customers.
