After a Couple of hours on site with himself and two technicians and charging me $300.00 plus taxes he couldn't come up with a fix. He told me he would need to reach out to his supplier and another tech in the industry . After he said he consulted with them his fix to me was to replace the heat pump and oil fired furnace. I won't go into that cost if was to say it would be North of $10,000.00 at minimum. Today I had someone look at the heat pump after about 10 minutes he had a fix with a part that would cost about $30.00. My heat pump is now working.

I tried to bleed the lines, but didn't get all the air out before the boiler shut off, and I was too scared to push the button again. He did not have to help me over the phone, he could have charged me a bunch of money to send someone out to do it for me. My husband then said, we didn't have a problem until you came and oh my we hit the HURT feeling train. Now we are on speaker phone with the owner/boss a rude and arrogant person. I waited almost an hour that morning and no one showed up. I called the office and was told, due to weather, that my service was moved to the following day. The next day I waited until well into the afternoon and, again, no one showed up. Again, I called the office and was told they were "backed up" and "short a tech", so my service had to be rescheduled to a week later. For two consecutive days this company let me wait for a tech, knowing my appointment had been cancelled, and did not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. I had to call THEM to find out. I was also told that they bumped my appointment because they had not installed my system. It did not matter to them that I had purchased all the equipment from them, an amount of roughly $6000. Apparently this also gives them justification to cancel appointments without informing customers. I asked to have the manager call me to discuss the matter. Just like the rest of this company, the manager did not have the consideration to call me. Buyer beware. Do not purchase equipment or servicing from this company. Especially if they did not install it. Update: owner decided to call me only after I informed the company I would be posting a review.
