I can't recommend this company enough... !…read more I ran out of oil, and needed to bleed the line in order to get the gas boiler working again. I tried to bleed the lines, but didn't get all the air out before the boiler shut off, and I was too scared to push the button again. I called after hours, and buddy walked me through the whole thing step by step- which means my kids had hot baths tonight! He did not have to help me over the phone, he could have charged me a bunch of money to send someone out to do it for me. Whenever I need someone to service the boiler, or if I ever need any more work done- this is the first company I will call. Can't thank you enough for helping this tired, stressed mom out today. I appreciate your time- you've got a new customer for life.

He started the process, cleaned it and on putting it back together said we had problems, indicated to my husband we had a fault, husband looked and said that symbol was normal and came on when we had a demand for hot water in the home. The tech still saying we have problems with the system. Then we hear him on the phone looking for direction, at one point he said "its my fault" to whoever was on the other end of the line. My husband then said, we didn't have a problem until you came and oh my we hit the HURT feeling train. Now we are on speaker phone with the owner/boss a rude and arrogant person. His claim, we are not responsible for things that break during a cleaning?? "Shit happens" as I quote his words. We will pay for the cleaning, have another company come check the boiler and never call them again. If I could rate a "zero" I would . If propane is an issue don't agree to service it, my husband had to remove the bolts from the combustion chamber, he was too nervous to do it, but claims to have many years in the trade. Waiting for the bill by email now.

It was late at night and raining/snowing so I found the number for Mr. Rooter online because they said they do emergencies. I gave them a call and they said they would follow up with me shortly. I wasn't feeling very confident that my problem was going to still get solved that night at that point. Much to my surprise, a really friendly plumber called Richard showed up a short time after. He solved the water problem in a manner of minutes, and showed me exactly what to do if the problem ever occurred again. My experience with this company and Richard was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was really impressed with their rating on BBB. We called them and the lady on the phone was extremely friendly and took time to find out our situation. They arrived on time - the two men were very friendly, clean cut and professional. And they helped us deal with NS Power. They even did a few extra jobs - fixing grounding in our bedrooms and oven receptacle for a minimal additional cost. We were so impressed with the excellent service of Benoit Electric. We will definitely continue using them in the future if needed.
