It was late at night and raining/snowing so I found the number for Mr. Rooter online because they said they do emergencies. I gave them a call and they said they would follow up with me shortly. I wasn't feeling very confident that my problem was going to still get solved that night at that point. Much to my surprise, a really friendly plumber called Richard showed up a short time after. My experience with this company and Richard was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
