Our well circuit breaker was accidentally shut off while I was in the shower very late at night. I left a message with Accent while we were trouble Shooting you tube videos. Ceily emailed me back with an appointment as well as some troubleshooting ideas. She also called and left me a voicemail with instructions on how to flush the toilet. When I was able to call her back, she walked me though the process of priming the pump with success! We completely avoided a service call. It's hard to believe there is a company in today's day and age with such ethics. I will definitely be using them moving forward, and she was incredibly knowledgeable on the system and also able to give us some pros and cons of replacing another part of our system that has been giving us some grief. She gave both full replacement and repair options to keep the cost down. Excellent customer service and a very down to earth lady. read more
