I had a…read morenumber of other electricians and boiler repair techs in over the preceding 2-3 years due to ongoing issues and no one identified what Shannon detected; that the circuit breaker was set too high with the result that the new boiler could have ended up cooking itself and also need to be replaced if it was not changed. My heat pump -- installed by them and still fully covered under warranty -- has been broken since January 2025. Over the past several months, I have called numerous times. Each time, I've been told by Krista that "someone will call you back." Not once has anyone actually called. Two separate technicians have come out, given me two completely different explanations for the problem, and then disappeared without follow-up. No repair date, no update, no resolution. What you can expect based on my experience: No follow-through on service calls No communication after initial contact No urgency even when equipment is under warranty and completely non-functional Conflicting information from technicians, with no accountability This is not simply poor customer service -- it's a complete disregard for customers and their contractual obligations. My equipment remains broken, and I am left chasing answers that never come. If you value professionalism, timely service, and companies that stand by their warranty commitments, look elsewhere.

Had this Guy come to my house a couple of weeks ago a logo on his van claiming 35 years experience…read moreto look at my Heat Pump that is less than 8 Years old that is tied to my Hot Air Furnace for Backup. After a Couple of hours on site with himself and two technicians and charging me $300.00 plus taxes he couldn't come up with a fix. He told me he would need to reach out to his supplier and another tech in the industry . After he said he consulted with them his fix to me was to replace the heat pump and oil fired furnace. I won't go into that cost if was to say it would be North of $10,000.00 at minimum. Today I had someone look at the heat pump after about 10 minutes he had a fix with a part that would cost about $30.00. My heat pump is now working.

We took the day off work and waited for the plumber to show but they never did. When we called to confirm the appointment we made last week, we were informed they had a power outage and lost the appointment. No big deal. Inconvenient, as I would need to take another day off work, but it is what it is. The lady on the phone said she had to talk to her supervisor and would get back to me about the job by lunch. She never called back. That's just my experience with them unfortunately, and I hope yours is a better then mine.
