I recently got into an accident with my camper and had to rent another one, the thought of renting from one of those national chains with the enormous advertising on the side really turned my stomach. What a great surprise when I drove to Boylston and saw these meticulously maintained motorhomes available to rent. I was even more impressed by the level of passion and commitment that the owners showed: there was professionally dressed staff outside washing down the motorhomes, other people inside shampooing the rugs of their vehicles, making every inch of these vehicles look like they just rolled off the showroom floor. These people really take pride in what they do and it shows. They are a little bit out-of-the-way, but believe me we are so glad we made the trip.

They never cleaned the camper, I picked it up dirty Told us they de-winterized it when they didn't. We almost burned out the water heater! There is a tie out thing for a dog, the screws were missing, good thing I didn't tie my dog to it, it would have ripped off and my dog would have been loose. Whope we were wowed by everyone we dealt with, we were extremely impressed by Spurlin. Our old (traded) trailer was on a permanent site and was extremely difficult to remove. It took hours! At one point we had to relevel the site and move some rocks. Spurlin asked for a shovel and got to work helping us! He was friendly, polite, courteous and so very patient. Every promise made was broken. I'm just over a month I've spent thousands on this 2022 RV making repairs. To add insult to injury I requested the general manager call me to discuss the issues but she has failed to do so. Color me not surprised. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy a hot wheel toy from these people, much less an RV. Never again will I shop in this store.
