I give the camping world at the west boylston mass. location a 2 because the sales service was ok, but the camper package for 1999. I could have got at Wallmart for half the price. Other than that I live in Pittsfield Mass, found a camper online used for 18,000. I drove 2 hrs each way plus the buying time, to look at it and wound up buying it. The sales guy said that everything I bought extra and the camper would be checked out and cleaned before pickup. I was like great thanks. There were problems with the registration so I did a second 4 hr round trip and when everything was set I again asked if everything was going to be all set and they said yes everything will be done and while I was there bought more stuff for camper and truck, I scheduled the camper pickup the same day I was getting the bumpstops put in the back of the truck for towing and while I was there again asked if everything was good they said everything was done and I should have a great first camper time. all together between buying and parts about 23,000 spent. got the camper home and parked on my back lawn and while I was putting things away and putting on the new bumper end caps the I ordered so I could store the new black and grey water hoses I was curious how easy the hoses went on and the ease of operation of the gate valves , So I knelt down on the gras removed the cap and tried to cycle the valve, When I did a 3 inch pipe load of crap came rushing out am me and while trying to get the valve closed ran up my arm and covered my lower body and lawn. After taking a shower I called camping world they came to my home to pick it up said they were sorry and would look into it , I got the camper back a week and a half later and the inside was not even cleaned the air vents looked like a dryer vent screen and the floor was covered with dirt. and all they could say tome is you should never kneel in front of a sewer line unless you know it is empty. I asked 3 different times if it was going to be ready before taking it home and they said everything was set and I should not have to worry about anything and with everything extra I bought I should have a great time. Decided not to camp anymore called Camping world West Boylston Ray and Mike both sales Managers were amazing and soooo patient with all my phone calls and questions. Very happy with the end results. Everyone thinks that their camper is in 100% condition ours had a couple of issues and Mike R gave me a couple of choices on how to handle this. He gave me numbers on both I chose one that worked for us and I even called back and asked if he could up the dollar amount and he did. We picked up our check my husband asked to see the issues that Mike R was talking about. We were both upset that these issues were there we had no clue. Shocked to say the least . Beyond pleased with the customer service I received from Jacob Blood At Camping World in West Bolyston. Not only was he very helpful with all of my questions, he kept a constant open line of communication with me and was upfront with all of the answers to my questions. I would give 0 stars if It would let me! we bought a brand new camper a year ago and have had nothing but problems. the day we did a walk through at dealership prior to pick up we pointed out some issues, Such as decals and the fact that the camper was filthy. we asked that it be detailed inside and out and made sure the roof was cleaned. As the roof was beyond dirty. leaves in the gutters and awning. we were told that they would put a claim in for the decals for the camper. We were told "no problem we go through all campers inside and out and test everything" the day the camper was picked up they rushed us out of there with no walk though handed us the keys and pushed us out the door. When we parked the camper at home and started To go through it we noticed that they "rinsed" the outside and didn't touch the roof, the inside had grease stains on the rugs dirt and leaves under bunks and tables. and mouse feces throughout the entire camper. The table was coming apart broken, the captains chairs had rips in them the rail around the dinette had rips in it, a compartment door leaks and needed to be replaced. I immediately Called and emailed them about these issues. we were instructed to bring it back up to the dealership to address these issues. So two days later it was back at the dealership and did a walk through with service and Spoke about all the issues. They did order new chairs, table top, and "some" decals. They "cleaned" the inside but I'm sure our teenage boys could have done a better job and they "washed" the outside and roof. When we picked it up again we were told that they would let us know when the warranty parts came in. When we brought our camper to where it would be as a seasonal we realized that there was still feces showing up. We set traps, come to find out the camper was INFESTED with mice. And when I say infested I mean it was an infestation! We were catching 3-5 mice PER DAY for The entire summer. All winter we kept traps and decon in the camper hoping to solve the problem. They were emailed about this and we were told "not our problem" let's not forget this is a brand new camper. Fast forward to April 2025 first time camping this year not even at out off the grid site, we hooked it up to water for the first time (yes we winterized it) and found out that the sink was leaking. we pulled off the panels inside the camper to make sure we cleaned up all the water. when pulling off these panels we found the damage these mice caused. The nests we found were something I've never seen before. And Ive had campers all my life. Never seen anything like this. so another email was sent and we were told "not our problem" even tho the mice issue had been an ongoing issue. Let's not forget we are still waiting on decals and the warranty work to be done. They tell us to bring it in. Which we do. Dropped it off. With "ok we will take care of this" 4 days later we call over to find out what's going on, we are told they "owe us nothing" we can also pay for the decals (the front cap is all they approved) which were approved by Forest River. The work and install of this work was approved by warrant. Then they told us the damage by the mice isn't there provlem even tho we have emails back and forth about it since April of 2024 and the fact that the lines were never tested with water and the leak is our problem. Ashley the service manager laughs in our faces, she dragged her feet, ran out out warranty and told us "she owes us nothing sorry" we have a year of emails back and forth about all these issues. Right down to the decals. Which was again brought to her attention in February of 2025 prior to the warranty running out. But after multiple emails sent and phone calls with no answer or returned calls even more sent from February to April 2025 she finally emails back in April telling us Warranty is up "sorry" I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CAMPING WORLD. EVER! Not any of them. UXBRIDGE dealership Is just as bad. GO ELSE WHERE TO BUY A CAMPER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! I read more

Total sleazeballs. They quote me a price for my rv then when I get there offer me $3,000 less. The reasons: the 7-pin connector is rusty, there is mold in one corner somewhere, and my personal favorite the roof is dirty. Wish I read these reviews first. I was sold a class C without a marketable title. That is. You can't register it. Get an inspection sticker on it. It's not even supposed to be on the road. Corporate was of no help. That saying if your not happy than I'm not happy is total BS. Cause I'm not even close to happy. It's costing me money as I still make payments on the loan. Two weeks after taking possession of my brand new 2022 camper I called to report a water leak. Couldn't tell where it was coming from. After being told that a mobile unit would come repair it and them being told they dont have one. They finally pocked it up today. Within 3 hours the Regional Service department assessed it and said it didnt qualify for a full buyback?! And where is this Regional service? On the phone? They'll repair and "get it back to me ASAP" and will they guarantee that next season, assuming I get it back by then, the whole thing wont be full of mold? There's already visible mold on the bathroom vanity. Water runs Under the wall to the far side of the camper under the bedroom wall Im totally disgusted with Camping World (the only positive I have to say is that Steve in Sales was great and Gary, the driver,who tried to help save our camping season was wonderful...every other interaction, when you can actually get a response, has been awful! I would suggest you go elsewhere if you want service....call backs, responses to emails etc. When this was Flagg RV it was very good, now that its camping world, service is horrible. I have had my trailer there for now 2 months, originally August of 2021 3 times....parts were being ordered, but never were ordered, they looked at it, and then still never ordered the parts....now supposedly the parts were ordered and they were the wrong parts....and then no response when I am told I will get a call back, does not happen...I have NEVER had service for anything this bad.....Do NOT use them....its to bad they do not have reliable, service oriented people... read more

Unfortunately they now cover Venture RV's instead on Mann's Rv. We have purchased from Flagg in the past but now we run from Camping World. They all have a terrible reputation but I gave it a try. All prices are $5000-10000 higher than all other dealers. You can't get info out of them and it was a total waste of time. The other New England dealer had become a Camping World as well. I have contacted Venture RV to find the closest dealer outside New England. I also let them know what their change to Camping World will mean to their sales. read more

POSSIBLE SCAM. I ordered an item online and was told when ordering it would be there on Wed with the 2 day priority shipping. Tuesday I called, because I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They say the item was on backorder (nothing was said on the website) and they just got some in. They say it will be here on Thursday. Wednesday I get the shipping confirmation and it doesn't have any tracking information for some reason. I don't even know if I'm going to receive the item. My wife and I are staying in our camper up until the end of the year and we are going through propane very quickly Mus docking in my daughters driveway LOL! The people in their propane service and sales area are fantastic. I called and was going to be late to pick up some propane and refill my tanks and they stayed open a little extra just for me. Also filling up propane tanks at camping world is so much less expensive than at gas stations or using blue rhino.They fill up propane by the pound and you wind up paying about five dollars or more or less per tank compared to other options. Zero stars! I have had nothing but problems with this company since Camping World took over Flagg RV. Poor communication! I'm so disappointed. We bought a brand new camper. I have had the run around at every call I have made them. I ordered a part and was promised with in a week. Weeks go by I call again. They don't see the order. This has happened all summer. I typically do not like to write negative reviews; however, this deserves a negative write-up. First, I will start out with the positive. Our sales rep did really well in negotiating with us--worked out a pretty good deal. Secondly, the financing part of the deal went really well. It was all downhill from there. When we went to pick up our RV, during our walkthrough, we noticed some things that needed to be fixed. No biggie. We waited for two weeks, but no updates, nothing. So I called them. When I asked what was going on they said they were waiting on the warranty approval from the maker. Another week went by, and another call, told me again that they were waiting on warranty. So, I called the manufacturer, and what do you know, they do not have any warranty submissions. Flat-out lying to me. So, I called Camping World corporate office, where their slogan is, "If you are not happy, Marcus is not happy." They connect me with a case manager. She called and left a message the next day, which I was not able to answer. I called the case manager back 5-6 times for over a month--not one call back. I was also in contact with the general manager of the West Boylston Camping World. He promised he would take care of everything and keep me up to date. However, each week that went by, I had to call them to find out the status of my RV. They had my RV for 6+ weeks before I was able to pick it up. This was during peak camping season here in New England. We actually had to cancel 2 reservations. Then when I picked it up, one of the things they were supposed to have fixed (a façade) came crashing down on the floor as we opened the RV, and the power jack was not working. After spending 3 hours in their parking lot while they fixed everything, I was finally able to drive it home. The GM promised that he would order a new façade. Well, that was three weeks ago, and still no façade and no phone call. The GM promised a $350.00 gift card for all the troubles and said it would be mailed to me 2 weeks ago--guess what? Still do not have it. I called the corporate office once again, where guess who they connected me with who they said was the best person to handle the situation--my case manager who never once called me back in over a month. I understand things happen--but this is beyond ridiculous, especially with all the lies. I would not recommend ever buying anything from this establishment. read more

Looks like we're in the same boat as others that posted reviews about horrendous service at Camping Word of West Boylston. It really doesn't take much to provide good customer service these days...even in a post-Covid world (and yes, the excuse of not having enough help is tough to swallow when you see 4 people sitting behind the counter). Good customer service is taking a few minutes to return calls or emails, following-up on parts ordered, talking to customers without an I-don't-give-a-crap attitude. Don't lie to your customers or blame others for your lack of effort - be responsible! It's not your fault that manufacturer's workmanship is shoddy these days, but if you're going to sell their products, then you should be responsible for making sure problems get fixed correctly and in a timely manner. Camping World has had our trailer in their possession longer than we have since purchasing it in July 2023. There are no lemon laws in Massachusetts that cover RVs or campers, but we do have an Attorney General...and that's where we're headed next. read more

I would recommend buying an RV from Camping World but under no circumstances should you bring it back for service! After the camping world in boylston had our brand new fifth wheel for five weeks, not only did they not fix the issues I had, when I picked it up the fresh water tank was leaking and blamed us refusing to fix it. oh wait! It gets better! While they had it for the five weeks, again brand new RV, they backed it into another unit damaging the paint, body and awning. That was almost a year ago, to this day they still have not fixed it and have blown me off every time I was told they would take care of it. Skip the warranty work and pay for it yourself with a qualified service professional, it will save you time and a big headache. read more

This was in May. 3 times I've called camping world asking for a status and 3 times they said they would call me back. Still no call back. We bought our 2021 Puma travel trailer from Flaggs now Camping world and have had issues since day one and no one has helped. The awning broke, toilet broke molding all came off around slides within the first 6 months and I had to call everyday to Ashley Perkins and even to the attorney generals office. Finally they gave me the parts for awning and reimbursed for toilet they didn't even fix! I should mention I had to wait months for the parts. The tires all are junk had to replace those in April with the help of corporate and now our fridge is gone and no one will return our calls or emails for the past month!!! Not to mention this isn't even the original fridge that was in our camper they swapped it cause they needed it for another trailer on their lot! What do I do???? If only zero stars was an option for the Chichester store. I would never recommend selling a camper to them. After being spoken to extremely rudely not being valued as a customer at all. This location wants to move my camper that they no longer want to a storage lot where I now owe a monthly payment. My camper was in storage for a year and I told them there was no damage to my knowledge but now apparently after they have held my camper for 5 days my slide outs don't go in. This is a huge liability and they won't even return my camper unless I pay them more money when they aren't even buying it. Run as fast as you can!!!! My son bought a camper there and after it was purchased they switched something in it to a different one which was not comfortable. They said they'd replace it so after the item came in my son took it back home to his camper and it didn't fit!! They would not accept pictures showing that it didn't fit, they had him uncover and hook up camper and bring it down there only to prove that it didn't fit!! Then they assured him they were making it right and when the other item came in it still wasn't the same as the original and uncomfortable. west boylston, ma makes promises to do warranty repairs for long lengths of time blowingus off by stating, the body shop is short handed due to covid, then just short handed then no responses at all... the interior also had repairs to be done under warranty but they were botched... worst service dept ever as they just blow you off waiting for the warranty to expire and then probably charge you for everything... overall manager - he knows what is going on and gives promises but never follows through... the rv manufacturer sent me an online survey and when it was a negative response - they called me promising to get repairs done... 2 weeks went by and not a single call nor email... ..................................................................................................................................... if they want this review removed - get off your asses and stuff done... people do not want to wait forever... read more

My experience at Camping World has been horrible. I purchased my park model this year and had it delivered to my campground in April. Since purchasing the camper, I have had nothing but issues with it. The West Boylston store has poor communication skills and it wasn't until I contacted the corporate office that they actually responded. Once contacted, they came out and fixed a few items. However, they did not fix everything and I am now getting the runaround. I have a leaking toilet, cable that doesn't work, a ceiling fan that is defective. These are just a few of the items that are outstanding. I have given the ample time to resolve the issue before writing this review. I am not someone who writes bad reviews as I am a business owner myself. I would certainly caution anyone looking to buy a camper to stay clear away from Camping World (formerly Flagg RV). read more

When you drive up you don't even realize there was a store there. It looks like a small RV sales place. Once you walk in the show room is much bigger than it looks but not nearly the size of a regular Camping World. I gave it for ratings because I did have all the essentials in the common isles for finding stuff easily. But more than anything the staff was really great. They lie. Nothing but lies. I purchase my camper from Flagg rv before campers world took over. Campers world delivered it in on June 2nd. I was told they would go thru everything with me. The driver did not know much about the camper. When we wen thru everything we notice missing broken and missing chairs. The chairs did not even match the dining table. Table is black chairs are brown. Also missing v mounts for tv's. Also the auto leveler did not work properly. I was told someone would reach out to me to fix the problems. No one reached out. So I called 4 days later. I was told they Wolof into it. Days go by nothing. I call again and they said the ordered the replacement and set up a repair man to look at the auto leveler They were to come on July 3rd. I called on July 3rd around 11:00 and asked what time they would arrive. I was informed they are not coming . I took the day off. They did come 10 days later. I did receive 2 of the 4 chairs still waiting on the other 2. I have emailed and called and no one has gotten back to me. It is now November camp is closed. (This is a new 2021 5th wheel) I have reached out to corporate and also got the run around, they put me in touch with the same people I was dealing with.
