They are Awesome Great Airlines better then my old favorite Southwest! The seats are actually way bigger than regular seats in an airplane even if you don't upgrade but upgrading is a smart idea it's not that much and you get free luggage best deal around wish they were in all the airports hurry up but then they're going to get like all the other airlines so maybe not hurry up...lol read more

We have had nothing but problems with Breeze from day one we had to cancel a flight and Breeze put my mom's rent a car in there with her tickets she got her tickets back because she had insurance but now nobody wants to give her back her money for the rental car she never got and on top of that breeze does not have a 1-800 number that you can call customer service to find anywhere to speak to a real person to find out what you can do this is one horrible lousy Airline they have been nothing but rude every time we call people hang up on us and they are just miserable I will never recommend Breeze to anybody read more

It's their billing.....not the staff. The computer booked 2 checked bags on the outbound flight rather than one each. When asked at check in the person told me to download the app. NO ONE told me it had to be done before the flight. Chat says they cannot help. read more

I flew Breeze for the first time last week from HPN to DAB and thought the plane and staff were really nice. My flight down to Daytona was delayed 2 hours and my return flight was on time. Was curious and checked some past flights and found many were significantly delayed. Some 5 and 6 hours. Some flights are even diverted to other cities. Seems weird to divert a flight unless it's an emergency. I don't feel comfortable flying them again because it's likely my flight will be delayed for hours. No one wants to sit in an airport for 5 hours or to be diverted to a city you didn't intend on going to. I'm giving 2 stars because it's too unreliable for me. And nobody from Breeze is responding to the other negative reviews that are posted here on Yelp. read more

They will not speak to you on the phone. Reassigned my seats without asking me when the company switched our flight. The email that was sent to me was suspicious that is when I reached out to Breeze Airline and found out their way of communication. I asked if they had a reservation for my daughter and they told me no. I immediately contacted this company within 2 hours to cancel my information because Breeze didn't have any reservation. Will never make the mistake of using them. Booked my 18 year old on a flight to New Orleans with a stop in Jacksonville. Late departure and then they just decided to stop in Jacksonville and not proceed to NO at all. Kid had to figure out a way to get a hotel in Jacksonville and then they delayed flight the next morning inexplicably. The weather was fine. No explanation. Breeze Airways is a despicable excuse of an airline. I was delayed numerous times and lost an entire first day of my vacation due to their delays and cancellations. When we were finally on the plane, we spent the whole time having dirty rusty water drip on us from the air vents for the entire duration of the flight. We then had a "Breezethrough" which turned into us all being removed from the aircraft and sit through yet another delay for hours. To top it off, my flight home was also delayed by 2 hours. When I tried to contact customer service, I find that you can only text the customer support agents and not speak to anyone on the phone. I explained the issues and the only compensations that they offered was a "$50 breeze credit". I will never fly this airline again so those points are useless. As a new airline you would think they want to have the best customer support, but instead they block your phone number if you press an issue or ask to speak with a person on the phone. Travelers, just spend the extra money and use a different airline. I'd take my chances with Malaysia before using Breeze again. read more
