Because of his mistake, the flight attendant who seemed already irritated, spoke over us, refused to listen, and demanded we shove a puppy under the seat in a designer handbag -- not even a safe carrier. Instead of reviewing our documents, she escalated immediately to the captain and supervisor, who removed us from the plane without explanation or apology. Other passengers were shocked at how poorly it was handled. To make it worse, the same check-in agent then tried to cover himself by falsely claiming we were removed because I "swore at the pilot," which is simply not true. We were removed because JSX mishandled the entire situation from start to finish and refused to take our paperwork. This was an avoidable mess created by untrained staff and made worse by rude, dismissive behavior. Extremely disappointed -- JSX needs serious retraining before calling itself a premium airline.

I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Good luck with lodging, meals, transportation, etc. Since the delay was weather delay, they owed me nothing. But the ground crew in White Plains was professional and patient, even though we had additional delays in White Plains. My favorite thing about Delta right now? Biscoff Cookies. I'll still fly with them though.

I was in seat 10C, where the seatback monitor was broken--completely non-functional for the entire flight. A minor inconvenience? Not quite. I was seated next to a man who went from friendly to frigid in the blink of an eye, and having no access to any inflight entertainment left me with no way to mentally buffer his inexplicable, ice-cold energy. It turned what should've been a routine flight into an uncomfortable, claustrophobic endurance test. The flight attendant was kind and made an effort to help, even offering a complimentary item. I declined--what I wanted was a number to call and speak to someone who could actually resolve the issue. When I called JetBlue afterward, I was connected to someone named "Gypsum" who gave me the customer service equivalent of a melodramatic soap opera monologue. "It breaks my heart you had to endure that," he said--before proceeding to do absolutely nothing. Because I booked this through JetBlue Vacations (which has been a disaster in its own right--they couldn't even tell me the nightly room rate), he claimed he couldn't help and tried to transfer me to the same group that's been spinning in circles since day one. I hung up. Furious. Fed up. Done. I will never use JetBlue again. Not because a monitor was broken--but because the entire operation, from booking through JetBlue Vacations to the final unhelpful call, is emblematic of a company that pretends to care while refusing to take responsibility. The access to guest rooms can be confusing but it's not, the elevators are separate and nearby. There are a lot of businesses close by such as a gym chain, retail stores, a grocery store, restaurants, a nice mall, and more. Super convenient! I've never driven in this area so I don't know how parking is. The WiFi is free. The staff is usually pretty nice and friendly. Overall, I always had good experiences staying at this hotel.

There used to also be a single uniformed police officer patrolling on foot at least occasionally, but I've not seen any in AGES! Also, there's only a single set of 4 tiny, uncomfortable seats inside at the Left of the waiting room for the DOZENS of commuters waiting for their train to arrive. WHY?!?! NYS's MTA supposedly spent some $92,000,000 and this is all commuters got for their tax $??!?!?!?!

There is plenty of parking for commuters in the garage or there is a drop-off driveway where, if you're getting out of a car, it'll take you 1-2 minutes to go up the stairs to the platform (although the drop-off area should be monitored better - we've gotten stuck behind taxis and giant shuttle buses that choose to park in the middle of the drop-off driveway and block traffic instead of pulling to the side). The parking garage also offers hourly parking where you pay via machines or the Park White Plains app. On the inside, the station has a Tim Horton's (2nd floor) and a convenience store (1st floor). There are some benches for seating, but there should be more because these are often full. The station also has public restrooms which, in my experience, have been clean and reliable.
