Decent food, portion is a good serving but not a heaping portion. I liked the sauce on these noodles and the veggies, wish there were more noodles. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small interior of the restaurant and noticed they do more to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Convenient location to the airport and parking was easy in the lot.

Well so far I finally got a chance to try this Thai restaurant close to Midway airport. They are closed Monday through me Wednesdays all day and they're only open Thursdays through Sundays. So far the Thai iced tea was good they have at lunch time hours the $9.99 entrees but the portions are smaller which is why I asked but I was really craving for a Thai food and I didn't mind spending $4 more although the soup which is a cup I ordered of Tom kha and chicken is a little more at $8 or $12 a bowl. I ordered the cup because I ordered a regular size red curry in beef. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience is a bit small with music in the background and more modern although parking can be very difficult.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service seems to be very friendly the owner is Hispanic Latin but his wife is Thai. I felt like in a small bar because they're playing 1980s music of camouflage and depache mode. It was busy for lunch time too on a Thursday. The tom kha chicken soup was good I wish they would put lemongrass but certain Thai restaurants have variations whether they put the lemongrass or not. Lemon Grass root is hard to chew so I'm assuming they wouldn't. The red curry and beef was also delicious too they put the bamboo shoots. I would come back for the lunch special next time but wanted to splurge since I haven't had thai cuisine in a while. Parking can be very difficult though cuz it's at a plaza but very small space. It surprises me because he does get busy the owner named Frank. Even during lunch time.

I recently ordered takeout from Bree Thai while staying at a close by hotel to fly out of Midway the next morning. I'm glad to have found this as the food was really good! I tried the Crab Rangoon, Wonton Soup, and Larb Salad. The Crab Rangoon was good. While each piece could have used more filling, the filling was delicious and tasted of real crab. If it was indeed real crab, I can understand the carefully metered filling within each Rangoon. They were nicely fried and even after being packed and driven back to my hotel, they were still crisp and crunchy. The Wonton Soup was a warm delight in the cold (to me) Chicago weather. The broth was so warm, hearty, and flavorful. It really warmed me up while tasting exquisitely. The dumplings within the soup were generously filled with a great seasoned meat and veggie mix. I would order this every time. The larb gai (chicken) salad was ok. The chicken was bit on the dry side (even though it was in a highly flavored sauce. The chicken, red onions, carrots, and scallions, plus the sauce tasted great all together and was spiced perfectly. It was not too spicy but gave off the perfect amount of heat. I would definitely order from here again when staying overnight to fly out of Midway.

    Place is small but good

The service was excellent. The restaurant is very small with only 5 tables. The food was decent. The basil chicken dish that everyone is raving about, wasn't as amazing as I was expecting. This place non the less deserves a visit if you have never been before. Good little spot for the neighborhood.

We used to live near here and go often. After revisiting after years we were happy to see things haven't changed; it's still a great Thai place to eat! The Chicken Basil is excellent. The Fried lemon chicken is about the crispiest chicken you could ever eat. If you have a kid, order them this as it's got a simple elevated "chicken nugget" flavor they'll love. The coconut panang curry is also great. And don't leave without trying a mango sticky rice. There is nothing like this dessert anywhere in Chicago that I'm aware of. Service is great and the place is small but clean and has nice ambiance. We'll definitely be back!

Close to midway airport ! Super cute and clean inside . Just a few tables , they do tons of Carry out ! Staff is super friendly , and helpful with the menu . I met a friend here for lunch as he had a 2 hour layover at midway and the location and timing was perfect . Tons of vegetarian and vegan options . We had veggie curry , stir fry veggies and Thai iced tea .

My mom and I stopped here after we flew into midway airport. Needed food and to kill some time. The service here is absolutely incredible and kind. Quick, speedy, and the food is amazing. Best crab rangoons and Thai coffee I've ever had. You get your bang for your buck. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not many places to sit, seems to be more of a take out type of deal, but we came in with our suitcases and they immediately accommodated us![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend and would stop here again!

We stopped in for a late dinner and were instantly greeted and chose a table. The staff was very friendly and responsive throughout our dinner. We started with spring rolls and crab rangoon and it was crazy how fast they came out. The crab rangoon was definitely our favorite of the two but we enjoyed both. The spring rolls were unlike any I've had in the past and we couldn't quite determine why. They have a unique taste but the portion was perfect to share. For my entree, I had Pad Thai with chicken. They also give you a cup of their homemade hot sauce which was a great addition. The amount of meat in the dish was fantastic and the portion size was perfect. I prefer my Pad Thai slightly drier with less sauce but I still enjoyed it. Overall, small little restaurant that shouldn't be judged from the outside!

We were hungry after our flight and found this place nearby. I got the pad see ew lunch special and it comes with soup. The soup was tomato-based and filled with a variety of veggies. Think HK café style soup!! I really enjoyed the pad see ew! The portions may look small, but it's actually pretty filling. A solid Thai place next to the airport!

Our party of 4 ordered crab rangoon and the fried chicken wings as appetizers. For our entrees we ordered a curry dish, shrimp fried rice, pad se ewe (crispy) and the son in law eggs. Portions were great. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and were already talking about what they would like to try next time. Service was great and the food came out fast. The atmosphere was enjoyable and intimate enough for small groups to dine together.

We had called ahead to reserve a table and yet there was none available when we arrived. After waiting a bit, we were finally sat down but took about 30 minutes for the solo server to come by. She was clearly over-worked and exhausted and trying her best to keep it together but also in near tears. The food didn't even taste authentic - one of the dishes that should've had lemongrass actually had just basil instead. Maybe they ran out of ingredients? The corn fritters weren't fully cooked on the inside and doughy. And then, a homeless person high on drugs walked in and started asking each table for food. No one did anything about this and it made the whole experience even more awkward.

The crab Rangoons are AMAZING as well, which says a lot because I have tried at least 30 in the city. These are top 5. Lastly, beef chow fun was okay. It didn't have much flavor and the beef was tough/hard to bite through so not a fan of that.

I'm…read morenot sure if there has been a change in management or the kitchen, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had here. The food was completely underwhelming, and when we shared our concerns with the staff, nothing was done to address them. The service was equally disappointing. Our server spent much of the time sitting on her phone while we waited for basic service like water refills, being asked about drinks, and receiving the drinks we ordered. We repeatedly had to get up and find someone just to receive attention. As for the food, the gyoza was bland and tasted like unseasoned pork. The lemongrass beef stew curry, which was highly recommended, arrived cold, had an odd texture, and lacked any real flavor. Most shocking of all were the drunken noodles. I've ordered them countless times over the years and always considered them among the best in Chicago. This time, I couldn't get past a single bite. Every dish was left unfinished. We didn't finish a single plate and didn't take any leftovers home--something that never happens for us. Between the poor service and incredibly disappointing food, this was an awful dining experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, after being a longtime customer, I won't be returning.
