Lots of free parking and tables to eat at in an open air area with ample seating, but it's hot inside (though there are fans). The place seems catered to locals more than tourists. Service was perfectly fine and cordial. Got there around noon and many things were already sold out. Was able to get a regular malasada (4 out of 5) and an ube malasada (5 out of 5). The real standout was their Reese's peanut butter cup donut - so unique and delicious! Would return again to try other flavors (but would have to come early!).

Very delicious ice cream!…read more I chose two flavors: a lavender flavor (I don't remember the exact name) and Kona coffee, which I really wanted to try since we were on the Big Island, where Kona coffee is made. We loved both! What surprised me most was how well these two flavors worked together. When you mix the lavender ice cream with the Kona coffee, the taste comes very close to the lavender coffee flavor which I, personally, enjoy a lot. I know it's not for everyone, but if you like it, this combination is amazing! Honestly, there were so many other flavors I wanted to try but since I was the only one getting ice cream and we were planning to have dinner, I limited myself to two. Unfortunately, it was our last day and we didn't have time to come back, otherwise, I definitely would have tried more. Hopefully next time! P.S. I appreciated that they make their own waffles! And the worker was also great, helping people ahead of me to pick the best flavors!

I really appreciated that it was easy (honor system paying) and that it was set up as a quick pick up and go. You can either drop some cash into the little metal box on the table or use the Venmo code under the lid. We picked up 3 loaves, some apple bananas, and avocados on our first day. Then, we went back near the end of our trip to get a few more! They were sold out, but there's a number to call and the baker's husband brought out a few piping hot loaves of bread. Wow!!! It's even more amazing when it's hot. I do a lot of baking and I make a lot of banana muffins, and even I'm impressed with Jeanette's skill. The bread is perfectly caramelized on the outside, the sprinkle of crushed mac nuts and sugar on top, with the moist interior is just perfect.
