I found 33 Hot Yoga at the beginning of this year, in January. Let me be clear: I was not a yoga person or a heat person. But I was tired of feeling bleh, from perimenopause and from losing my exercise outlet (circuit classes) and from the daily stress of work, kids, life. I had attempted yoga occasionally in the past, but never consistently and never in a heated room. I was nervous, but decided to give it a try. It's now August, I've completed over 70 classes, and it has truly become a non-negotiable part of my weekly routine. I feel stronger, more balanced, and have noticed a real difference in my body and my mood. Plus, met such wonderful people and feel part of a special community. From that very first class, I was hooked. It was Hot Sculpt with Hope - quite a challenge for a newbie! But her energy and positivity immediately made me feel both welcomed and capable. I still love how that class is challenging but FUN and so rewarding - and Hope is an icon! Studio owner Shannon's Hot HIIT Pilates classes are an absolute must, for anyone and everyone. She creates the best vibes in her down-to-earth way, while still being the sturdy leader that we need. Shannon's spirit lights up the entire studio and is something special. It's evident how much she cares and how much of her heart she's poured into the details. The evening yoga classes have become my sanctuary. I look forward to them all day. Heart & Core Flow (Vinyasa) with Kameryn, and Hip & Glute Flow (Vinyasa) with Danielle are EVERYTHING to me during the work week. Love them both! Worth noting that ALL the classes are truly inclusive: All ages, abilities, body types, walks of life... We come together to quiet our minds, move our bodies, breathe deeply, and SWEAT. It is HOT but the magic of the heat is REAL. Also there is NO judgment in the room. It is truly a welcoming and supportive environment. In summary: HIGHLY RECOMMEND for beginners or practiced yogis. I didn't do my homework so of course the first time i went to it was closed and the second time i ended up going to an outdoor sunset concert in the garden so i still haven't really been for meditation lol i follow you guys on the socials so i am planning to return a third time. The front desk girl is clueless. the place smell like mold and old furniture, it looks old and dark like you walk into a thrift store. I'm sharing this review to be transparent for future clients. I left a pair of sunglasses at the spa and informed them that I would return to pick them up after I had recurve a call or text that I had left them behind. As I was traveling for a few weeks. When I finally had a chance to stop by I was face with disregard, then I finally called since I didn't hear from the owner about a month later, I was told they had been discarded. Unfortunately, there was no notice given, and the conversation felt more argumentative than understanding. These sunglasses were sentimental to me, and while I understand that businesses may have policies, I was disappointed by the lack of care and communication around a client's personal belongings. This experience affected my trust and overall impression of customer care. A month is not enough to trow customer belongings away without calling them first and assuring that they'll stop by to pick them up and assume that they'll just be forgotten. This is not so much about the sentimental value of the sunglasses but about being respected and treated with dignity. I hate to have to leave a bad review for them as is sometimes I almost never like to do but given her mannerism and demeanor I cat let this happen to another person and to our community.

I thought their online sign up flow was great. Once we arrived, the waiting room of the space smelled great, was very relaxing and we were greeted by one of our masseuse's. They also welcomed another couple out from the end of their massage and were super chatty with them so we had to wait a little bit which wasn't a big deal. We decided to do a joint couples 60-min deep tissue massage. I felt like my experience was very positive with Michelle - she got into all the nooks and crannies that I desperately needed worked out and it was an overall very positive experience for me. However, my husband didn't feel like his massage was as deep tissue as he would like. He was asked if the pressure was good and he did ask for it firmer but he said that after 30 seconds, the pressure went back to the same and that it just felt like a full body rub down instead of true deep tissue work. Overall the space is nice, it was very relaxing and calming and I felt satisfied but I was disappointed to leave and to have my husband feel like he didn't really get a good massage or experience.

Very disappointing experience and even more disappointing customer service afterward…read more My sister and I specifically requested deep tissue massages with quiet technicians, one therapist talked loudly the entire 90-minute session about inappropriate personal topics that could be heard through the walls. My own therapist was chewing a throat lozenge during the massage and even dropped it on me. I was charged for a deep tissue massage even though the therapist confirmed she performed a Swedish massage. We were forced to overtip because the front desk didn't have change. This was our second bad experience here, last time the tech scrubbed so hard we left bleeding. Kim the owner promised to investigate and call me back, she never followed up despite my emails and calls. No resolution, no accountability. We will never be back
