It looked exactly like the kind of yoga studio I've always imagined, so I decided to take a class here on my last day. I'm so glad I did! I really loved Rebecca's class. She is a very experienced teacher, and her seemingly simple Vinyasa sequences were much more challenging than they looked. The next day, my glutes and thighs were definitely feeling it! More than the physical practice, I loved how calm and grounded I felt after class. One thing Rebecca said really stayed with me: "Without the breath, your asana is nothing."
