She is a very experienced teacher, and her seemingly simple Vinyasa sequences were much more challenging than they looked. The next day, my glutes and thighs were definitely feeling it! This was THE BEST MASSAGE I had experienced in all year. First of all, the heated adjustable massage chair/bed thing was amazing. I had never felt so comfortable and supported, and was happy to not have to lie flat with my face squished into a hole. I was amazed how professional and knowledgeable Angela was. She seemed to do very little to my body to dissolve away the tensions and pains. Most masseurs use repetition - over and over again on a tense spot.
