NOW 60 days out we are being told otherwise and with absolutely little care. This low on their part is going to cost us thousands of dollars. The front desk worker we spoke to today was so nonchalant and had no clue how to do the very basics of her job. To say I'm pissed is an understatement.

I am disgusted with this and will never buy another privilege card. What a waste of money for me, I deserve a refund!

The field layout, rules, the referees, on site store and food options are all top notch compared to their peers. The best part is the unlimited respawns, which means you get to play the entire game. Other fields, you get shot once you are dead/done and have to sit out the rest of the game. So instead of playing for 20 minutes in a game, you only play for 30 seconds. They also do a good job breaking teams up into two groups. Many times when there is a large group, new players will have their own session, while the more experienced players will play in a completely different game. It is a good bonding experience with my son and I highly recommend VIP.

Due to covid, they didn't provide water bottles but I bought a couple from them for a very reasonable price. Drop off was simple and the staff was helpful and friendly.
