I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!…read more As someone who has been fortunate enough to have plenty of massages at small shops and renowned spas, I can confidently say this is one of the best massages I've ever had. I've been twice. First time was with Deborah and second time with Yulia. They are both phenomenal! They are strong, have been doing this long enough to understand how to tailor a massage to what your body needs, and have the strength to get in and work muscles, fascia, and attack those trigger points. I recently came in after having twisted my neck and it ended up in a funk for 4 days. I called and got in with Yulia, and when I left, I had rotation in my neck again! Wonderful massage. They are responsive and scheduling is a breeze. There is plenty of parking. If you need a massage in the area, and you don't see Deborah or Yulia, you are making a big mistake!

Some areas got more pressure than others and it was all just what each muscle group needed. I even went back the next day for a detailed session releasing my psoas. My hip range of motion is much better after only 40 min of focus on the psoas and hip area and my low back is feeling so much more free. Did I mention that I am a retired deep, therapeutic massage therapist who used to teach anatomy? Joi's massage was just what I've been needing.

Another long overdue review!…read more Joi is WONDERFUL! She isn't just a massage therapist; she deeply understands the body/mind connection and applies this in her practice. On a whim (and a with very strained back), I found her number. She was able to get me in that day, which was fortunate for me but not necessarily the norm. I carry so much trauma in my body and really needed someone who understood this and how to help me release. Joi was able to do this, and provided such a safe and compassionate space for this release. Up until the holidays, I was seeing her once a month to continue the release. I need to get back to her soon (and will). I highly recommend booking a session with Joi. Her kind presence alone is naturally soothing, and you may find yourself on a helpful maintenance journey for your body and mind.

Four years ago, after major surgery, my dear friend gifted me a package of 5 sessions with Walter…read morefor my recovery. I am a 40 year practicing massage therapist who had never been acquainted with these postural/structural therapy exercises. I was blown away! Finally something that I and my clients can be empowered by on our own time to make dramatic changes in our mobility, flexibility, strength and positive can-do emotional states!!!! This is the missing piece to go with therapeutic massage and chiropractic care! My clients advance and hold their sessions in their muscle memory when working with Walter on a regular basis. Now they have a tool to self-adjust when life's challenges happen; i.e. stress, a fall, surgery, repetitive work movements (like driving, construction, standing on feet all day, staring at a mobile phone, sitting at a computer). With todays stressful and lack of movement world, everyone can benefit! Because of the repetitive movements in my profession, my right shoulder and right hip tilted to the right, head jutted forward, causing stress to my knees and hips and a pelvic torque. I was amazed that under Walters critical eye and wide range skills, I have dramatically changed my posture, feel no pain, have more flexibility and look easily 10 years younger! And Walter, the practitioner? Compassionate, encouraging, inspiring, resourceful and dares to tell it like it is! So glad to have him in my corner! Sandra Papiez MICHIGAN
