I've had several implants with Dr Brayton. I hate shots and he works very well with me on this issue. He does a great job.

They can act really sweet and nice. He did OK work but to be honest when it comes to the billing, they will give you false information and then they'll bite you in the ass,at the end they don't give you a clear information on how the billing works, and how much it would cost you until you received the bill and it's always seems to double up by the time you received the bill. when I asked how much the procedures will cost they give me one price,instead of telling me estimated or whatever because when I asked how much it's going to cost. I got a clear price, I received double the price on my bill. the bills came twice the amount it should've cost and then she tells me it's estimated never was I told that, It cost me three times the price I was told it was going to cost me or I was told it was gonna cost me. Make sure you get a clear answer and then they were really unhelpful very very unhelpful. When you talk to them they really got me on this and I'm hurting because of it was not time for this for me the people next-door much better clear there more helpful on the phone and they will work with you. Scheduled an appointment a month ago and was given a window when they had openings. I selected a date that I had a day off work, as I am a teacher, and can't arrive at office by 3:30 without using time off. Well now get a call Dr. is going out of town so I need to reschedule and take time off of work but they can only see me 8-3:30. If already only open four days a week try meeting the demands of working class who fund your office and ability just cancel appointments on a whim. Did not reschedule, they did not seem to care. Hopefully, next place works to assist patients paying them with times to not cost them additional time and money. read more
