So by the time I got my car back, everything was already done so I'm inclined to pay at that point. Not to mention, the cost of parts was over the average pricing that you can get online so if you're familiar with car parts, I recommend ordering it elsewhere and asking if they're able to use that instead of theirs. The owner was always available via phone or text. He completed the PPI quickly, took several pics of the issues, and gave a written summary of all the problems. It turned out that this vehicle was in very bad shape and would have been dangerous to drive. Suffice it to say, this shop saved me thousands of dollars, time, and a lot of headache had I not gotten the PPI done. I highly recommend this shop! Extremely bad work and shoddy parts…read more I had them install new brakes in the summer of 2024. By the winter of 2025, the brakes were wobbling. Apparently the brakes they installed were faulty (the rotors warped), but they still charged be $200 to replace them even though they were still under warranty. That would be fine, I guess, if they had done a good job or used good parts the second time, but it's been 2 months and my brakes are grinding and slipping. Apparently, the pins, the rotors, the pin boots, the pads, and a few other parts are so low quality that they're falling apart already. At this point, I'm not trusting my car to these guys again. I took my car to the mechanic near my work in Fredericksburg and paid him $500 to just do the job correctly. I deeply regret not taking my car to him in the first place, as he would have done a good job, stood by his work, and I wouldn't be out $700 for bad work and bad parts. Do yourself a favor and go to a different mechanic.
