They cut it right off of the wheel for you. I'm obsessed with the fresh cheese that they carry from Manny's Dairy Farm. The large container generally does not last the weekend once my husband and I dig into it. Like fresh mozzarella, but better. The piece de resistance for me is their Portuguese corn bread-- broa. If you've never had it, it's a corn and rye bread (not at all like Southern cornbread). When you are headed to the checkout here they have it towards the front. I don't know if it's like this everyday, but on Saturday mornings it is literally still hot when you grab one. Super fresh and super delicious. It's the perfect compliment to that fresh cheese! They had several variations of these specialty olives, but we grabbed the garlic ones (only $10 for a big jar!). We also got to try their watermelon vinegar and I'll definitely be back to snag a bottle to enhance my salads, cocktails, and heck- I'd drizzle this over a vanilla ice cream any day!
