Another sad update. Let' me start by saying my Grandmother was the Manager of this store for years and it was never this bad. She was a tough lady who didn't take no funny business. The manger here is heard yelling at employees. The produce is on the verge of rotting and covered it dust. The ice cream often looks like it has been melted and put back in the freezer. Not even cleaned off where it leaked. There is sometimes hair and just simply dirty everywhere. I'm not talking about where people eat, I could excuse that if they were busy and some tables were dirty. This is far beyond. We have decided to start going to the store 2 miles down the road and it is 100% better. This store needs new management? A complete overhaul. My dad worked at the Dairy in Oklahoma many years ago and Bill and Mary Braum were wonderful to my family. So it it disheartening to have a complaint about a store. Especially when my grandmother was here for years taking good care of this store. Do better Braum's. One note... as for the employees. There are a couple who are helpful and always nice. Some who look like the normal "bored" youngsters but I can't recall anyone rude. It's more of a training issue. read more

The food is good. I ordered my food . I asked her over 3 times if she had sour lime drink. With extra lime and no sweetener. Yes that is what she said she had. When she gave me the drink it was a sweet limeade. I told her . She made me one without sweetener. She asked me to pull up. I said no . Another lady ask me to pull up. The girl was already finished with the limeade. But they wanted me to pull up so she could bring it out. I told her if she had gotten my drink right right I would not be waiting there. read more

This place has no manners! I understand that even if your local residences are homeless, you should not automatically assume that every person is homeless ... and to rudely yell from across the parking lot at your customers is ridiculous. We stopped in for lunch and ended up throwing the food away. Burgers were pre made as the buns were soggy. Fries were decent. The place was filthy. Around the napkin dispenser was grease/dirt. Soda machine dispenser was filthy. read more

The staff is not very helpful and they truly don't care about their clients. The store is always a wreck and they don't give you what you ask for. Then when you tell them what you need they has e an attitude. The assistant manager Amber has an attitude and is very unprofessional with her orange hair. The district manager Lisa isn't very helpful either and simply tried to offer an apology that was not genuine and was not even wanting to refund me my money for the poor service and horrible order I had. Oh MY GOD! I just bought ice here. There is a woman eating at a table coughing and blowing her nose so loud. I get to my car which is facing the woman through the window, then I notice it's an employee. and she is digging in her nose without a care in the world. Napkin and bare finger. I thought maybe she is sick and their sending her home, she did have grocery bags full of stuff. She then turns her head and I see she is still wearing her drive thru radio thing . I sat and watched for a second and she just continued coughing and digging. Not only am I never eating here again, but I'm skipping breakfast all together after that. That was gross. I don't know where all this falls in the blame game. I really hope she at least washes her hands. read more

If you're looking for a sweet treat on a hot day, this location of Braum's is a great choice. The employees were friendly and efficient. The store and food sections had very good prices!! These two items were only about $7!!!! Very delicious and good serving sizes. I brought my mother here on Mother's Day and we had a great time sitting inside and eating our sundaes. The employee, Mike, was very nice and talked to us for a while while we ate. He was very entertaining and made us feel very comfortable. Braums has the best ice cream! So smooth and tasty. Monday was buy a 2 scoop cone and get 1 free. Wonderful. Billy had Pecan Praline and Peanut Butter cup. I had Mint Chocolate Chip (my favorite!), and Birthday Cake. Delicious! They also serve hamburgers and fries. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Also laughed at my husband's humor. That's a plus. This morning I picked up breakfast for my family and didn't check the order before I drove away.....my bad. One of the breakfast sandwiches was not in the sack. I received the drink and hash browns on the combo. I called and told them that it was missing and would be back. No word of apology and I was abruptly told breakfast ends at 10:30. This place is extremely dirty. Considering I came here with my friend's to get ice cream and some drinks, I was not impressed. The environment was infested with insects - it was difficult to stay there long without trying to swat all the bugs out of our faces. Windows were covered in spider webs and small insects stuck to the window. Also, something must be going on with the food. My friends and I only got ice cream and water cups here soon after we all went home and we had terrible stomach pains and bowel movements. Totally would not recommend eating here again. read more

I was not impressed with the food or how dirty the place was. When you're sitting down to eat your food, you'll notice all the filth around you like the window that is very close to your seat which is covered in mystery particles. The window then gets you looking at the floor which is no better and if you didn't already see the table, well you'd have already left. Too late for me, my food was already at the table. read more

We think of this as our Braums, as we are here just about once a week. It is a good cheap easy place to take a bunch of people. They have good food and it is usually fresh. The ice cream is great and it is convenient to have a small grocery store too. They staff is good overall, although they are more business-like than friendly at times. Food does not taste bad, but the service is crap. I picked up a Black Forest Mix yesterday afternoon. It was heaping when it came to the window and I made it clear that I needed it covered as I didn't want it to make a mess in my car while driving home. The lady stated she didn't have any lids for it and handed it to me. I told her I needed napkins at least so it would not make a mess. As soon as I grabbed it from her, she closed the window and walked away. This says volumes about the staff here, it also says volumes about a company that is so concerned about the bottom dollar that they will not spend the extra 3 cents for a domed lid that will improve the very products they are most well known for. For the record, the ice cream continued melt and made a mess of my cup holder. I was not happy that I had to go and wash out my cup holder and dry it before I could enjoy my still melting Mix, exactly what I was hoping to avoid. No matter if I get banana splits or my all-time favorite the eggnog milkshakes which they do fantastic they take eggnog and then instead of me at mixing it with milk they mix it with eggnog eggnog ice cream eggnog liquid and then they top it with just a hint of nutmeg it is to die no matter what I have ordered they always do their best been inside a time or two but the place was clean. So I went here to order breakfast they have really good breakfast biscuits sausage egg and cheese. I ordered the combo which was I think the number one. I got to the window number two and a gentleman by the name of Michael, on his tag. Althogh he kept telling me his name was Zack and that he was the manager at least that's what his name tag said. So he gave me my food which felt warm to touch but when I looked in bag my hash browns l were full of grease I know they were full of grease I know a refried potato when I see it. I proceeded to ask the gentleman where my potatoes refried his response was " we don't refry anything here" which my eyes told me different. So I asked the gentleman if I could switch out my fries for a parfait which I don't think he had no clue what that was. I asked for a parfait he came out with Greek yogurt strawberry. I did ask the gentleman if he had ever ate this yogurt that he was given to me he said no. Which wasn't settling in my mind anyhow I got home to eat the yogurt I see why he has never ate it. I go to this Braums all the time and just moving from Ohio, it's my favorite fast food burger place now. It's very affordable, and fast. the four cheese burger, and a chocolate milkshake is my go to. I tried the chili cheese fries and they were kind of bland. Still love Braums. read more

Anywhere else in the world and I would not get peppermint ice cream but Braums peppermint is amazing. Their gingerbread holiday ice cream may be the best holiday "flavor" out there. What can I say? What to have a good burger with a delicious milkshake on the side, and I had been looking forward to try out Braum's for month's since it had so many chains in the area. When I went in I was met with a dirty looking restaurant. The burger was very generic and the milkshake was not mixed all the way with the ice cream and the milk, the taste of the milkshake was diluted and not at all what I was expecting for a milkshake.
