Always love Brahms. First time to eat here for breakfast. I got the Mexican burrito. It was very good, eggs, sausage, guacamole, and jalapeños. The jalapeños were pickled, would rather of had fresh ones but it did add a different taste. I topped off the burrito with two scoops of ice cream. Cuppacino and hot chocolate flavored. I always have a soft spot when it comes to Brahms. I remember going there with my mom for banana splits when I was in elementary school. Today while traveling back from Dallas, I saw the sign and couldn't help but take the exit to see if things tasted as good as they did when I was a kid. I was not disappointed. Braums continues to have wonderful ice cream as well as burgers, chicken fingers, and now even has salads added to the menu. This month they were advertising an ice cream experience featuring flavors of Mexico. This Brahms was very well kept with excited, friendly staff and great food. I actually enjoyed my stop here. My bestie grew up with Braums when she lived in OK but I never had. She was super excited to find one so we had to make a stop. I ordered the smallest size for a shake and had the Pistachio icecream. It was really good and had lots of pieces of pistachios. It wasn't a super sweet ice cream either which I was really happy for. I ordered a medium cookies and cream shake and got a small Oreo shake like bro I d sent order this and it tasted like straight vanilla.

Staff neglected to inform that they were out of the cottage cheese that comes with the salad before I made my order. When my order was ready, I asked for my cottage cheese and was informed they were out. They refused to substitute it for a yogurt. So they basically stole money from me by not providing part of my meal, that was listed on my receipt, and refusing to substitute for it. They also talk about you within earshot, which is very unprofessional. Do not recommend this location. Which really sucks, because I love Braums. But I will not set foot in the Corsicana location ever again. read more

I had never been to a Braums but we were looking at ice cream as an option after being let down by the bakery around the corner. We stopped inside to see a small grocery store that had an ice cream counter. Now the issue is that they didn't label any of their ice cream so it was hard to tell what you were looking at. The staff did have to lift the boxes to see what flavors they had. I didn't even really feel confident about asking about gluten-free ones and winged it. But I will say that they absolutely do fill the cup full of ice cream solidly. No over-whipped lump that melts in 3 minutes. It was good and it was half the cost of Baskin Robbins so that's a plus in my book. The staff was disorganized and didn't seem to know what to do but I can live with it if I can get some affordable ice cream. read more

Got there and it took them 10 mins to take my order. Another 7 to get to the window. Then got pulled up in order for them to prepare my food another 10 mins. The other car next to me got what was supposed to be their food only for it to be my food! It wouldn't have been a problem if it was all there which of course wasn't. read more

The service sucks!! Ice cream has been freezer burnt the last couple of times!! And whether you are inside or in the drive-through, they never listen and always fuck up your order!! For fast food, this Braum's was as good as it gets. Even more so since Braum's is a treat for me -- seeing as I live in Austin, where there's no Braum's. First of all, Braum's makes one of the better fast food burgers. I also like their crinkle cut fries, which are always crispy. This Braum's is no exception to the rule. What impressed me about this location was the service. The person behind the counter took care to make sure that he had my order right. And before I'd even been able to get ketchup, another person brought my tray to me. Definitely impressed. read more

Traveling from Houston to Dallas so many times, we have looked, and looked for this dang place. For some reason we never could find it until recently. Since they don't have Braum's in Houston, I was excited to stop by here on a recent trip to Dallas. We were hungry for lunch, and excited to be here. The place was busy when we stopped, and there was only one table left, but it was clean, so that was a plus. The bathrooms were also clean, and the people were friendly. We both ordered hamburgers and they were hot and fresh and dang good. And big! I had forgotten how big these burgers were! The fries were a little salty to me, but I'm not a huge fan of fries. Of course after a burger, it's time for ice cream! Oh it's 30° outside? Of course it's time for ice cream! Oh, I just had a 1/3 lb hamburger? So? I have room in my dessert stomach for ice cream! And the ice cream was just as freaking delicious as I remember!! So good and creamy and the double dip cone was on sale for $1.79. Yeah, I got a double dip. My inner fat girl was happy! This place is not right off the highway, and I don't think it's even advertised on the highway billboards. But if you find it, it's a great place for lunch and/or ice cream. Braums is a staple in Texas because of that family friendly atmosphere and their fresh, great food. While the Corsicana Braums keeps the fresh, great food coming, their customer service is absolute crap. Twice I've been in and the employees are sitting at tables on their phones when customers are standing while waiting for a place to sit. Today was the worst. FIVE... F. I. V. E. employees were spread throughout at various tables. Multiple people walked around looking for places to sit and the employees simply looked down at their phones. Another employee stood in line ordering ice cream while on her phone, asking her coworker to "hold on" while she talked and the line wrapped around the other employees sitting at tables, by themselves , meant for 6 people. ‍ read more

Which I DO NOT APPRECIATE! He also didn't get our meal correctly. I'm not normally one to write a negative review but I was very disappointed in how I was treated and do not appreciate it. I love Braum's. It reminds me of home, not the home where I hang my hat, but home as in back when I was a little kid and used to ride my bike to Braum's for ice cream or a cherry limeade. Braum's for me represents an iconic home. Politicians are less sleazy. Car dealers and mechanics are honest. The skies are blue, the gardens green and the lake is cool. Ahhhhh. It's good to be home. But this location, in Corsicana, is NOT the Braum's from my childhood. This Braum's has bathrooms reminiscent of a gas station. They are dirty, small and poorly stocked. This Braum's has 87 employees running around behind the counter like headless chickens, and nary a soul in the store or dining room servicing the guest areas. The tables are sticky, the trash cans overflowing, the floors are looking scary and there is a line in the store area because there is nobody working that cash register. Mind you, this place isn't particularly busy. What this place appears to have is a management problem. The inmates are running the asylum. Who is in charge? We stop in here because it's the closest Braum's to Round Rock, Texas and happens to be on the way home from my parents house in East Texas. Its supposed to be a relaxing respite from the road. We don't expect miracles. Just a little ice cream, a warm smile, and a clean table and restrooms. Is that too much to ask? Evidently it is if you are at Braum's in Corsicana, TX. read more

We as a family love braums, however this particular location is horrible. Every time we order food it takes way too long and half the time they mess up your order. Good food, sub par service. I may recommend this place to my enemies so they can enjoy the 5 star service. When they mess up your order they make it seem like it's your fault for informing them of their mistakes. read more

Not sure what Sean's problem was, but this is a solid Braum's. My grandma would take me here regularly growing up (whenever I would visit). The staff is fairly friendly and it's pretty much like any other Braum's out there. I'm not the biggest fan in the world, but this location does have some nostalgia for me. read more

Since I was on travel 18 September (4:41 pm)and have always stopped at the Braum's in Burleson and Hillsboro, I assumed they were all similar. This store was in Corsica was awful. We ordered a strawberry malt, extra thick,along with many other items and it came back very thin. My daughter asked to speak with the manager about our order because other stuff was left out & we had to keep requesting items paid for but not gotten. The manager, Tanya, gave my daughter a dirty look & her body language was unacceptable. The staff was sniping at each other & they keep staring at my daughter. Having been raised in the restaurant business growing up, I would have fired the whole crew. They acted as if they didn't know what they were doing. The only good part was the sweet young lady, Krissy who ended up making the malt correctly for us. She didn't make the original one. We were driving thru Corsicana today & wondered if a Braum's was located there (it is a regional business and not present in the part of TX we live in). We saw the 2-1/2 star rating & couldn't believe it. Due to our positive experiences at Braum's in the past, we went ahead & stopped here. Our experience was FANTASTIC!! GREAT FOOD, kind staff, clean facility (& bathroom). I have no idea why the Yelp rating is so low - the exterior of the building does appear dated, but once you step inside it's clean & updated. GREAT shopping area with their products and others and again, their hamburgers & ice cream brownie sundae were better than the other chain choices on the same street. Horrible experience! Came into the store and 5 employees were talking as the line of customers continued to grow. Table by window was BROKEN! Lettuce on hamburger and chicken sandwich were brown and wilted, no lids for self serve drinks, no malt in malt shake.
