Hello my name is Marc, I have lived in metroplex for 62…read moreyears and I have never gone in to any of your stores. And for some unknow reason I was compelled stop in and check you out today. The outside of the store was very nice, as I entered the store it was well lit, so I proceeded on and began to walk down each aisle looking at all the different products on the very clean, well organized shelfs and refrigerated display cases. I walked up and down every single aisle in the whole store scanning the huge variety of products offered for sale. I noticed the staff members were diligently working stocking the shelfs, cleaning as they worked. This store is very clean, very well organized. As I completed my tour of this store I walked up to the exit doors and I stopped and paused for maybe 3 to 4 seconds then I proceeded to my vehicle got in and I sat there and felt a bit sad , I feel like it was because the whole time I was looking over your store I was never looked at or spoken to by any of your staff members. It was as if I was invisible. I am not looking for anything from Ann's I just wanted to share my experience that all .

Almost a 5 tonight for us. Came in at about 4.33, so had to go to the 4. But it was a hard call…read morefor sure. Walked in about 6:45pm, noticed perhaps 8-9 tables and perhaps 4 of those waiting on food. Was greeted quickly and politely and was advised they had a good day and was out of a couple of items. Steak for the Steak Wrap, Mac-n-Cheese and Turkey for the Turkey Wrap. No worries. They close at 8pm, they are establishing their business and volume, and we were going to have burgers anyway ... Ordered and paid at the counter and took a seat at a close by table. We ordered a basic burger, a Jalapeño Burger, two fries and a side Caesar salad (a chicken Caesar, with no Chicken), a couple of iced teas and a peach smoothie. The smoothie, teas and salad were served almost immediately. Smoothie was very good, as was the Caesar salad. The burgers came out shortly and were well presented, with all the fixins on the side. The fries, while tasty, were a tad too greasy. It could be that the oil needs to be changed ... Burgers were good and cooked perfectly. The Jalapeño Burger was made with fresh sliced Jalapeños. Nice. We went back and got a Peach-Pineapple and a Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie. Both were ok, but enjoyed the just Peach one the most. All were a good size serving too. Pleasant staff, working hard, seemed clean in the dining room and what we could see of the kitchen. Dining room could use some personality, which will come with some time and regular business. We will be back. Wonder if you can get a just Strawberry Smoothie? Finished up and left about 7:15pm as some folks (4-5) were coming in and heard him tell them they were down to two burgers and out of ... Honestly, I like fresh food, so for them to run out of a few items close to closing time, makes me feel better about their operation. I used to frequent a place in Columbia, SC called Motor Supply Bistro. They had a chalk board menu and as they sold out, they'd cross through it. Seems efficient to me, especially for a local place trying to make it in a location that is a little out of the way. At least that got a larger sign than the previous place!
