The bismarks were super fresh and filled on the spot with a crazy amount of lemon filling. The bear claws were also outstanding.

The best doughnuts in town. The ladies are very nice. The glazed doughnuts are simple but absolutely yummy. It's a must try.

A little out of the way if you are on the highway but they have quite a variety of donuts and klobasnek. Friendly service too.

Excellent donuts, great coffee, and very reasonable prices. Definitely worth a stop for breakfast or a snack while in Corsicana.

Super cute coffee shop in downtown Corsicana. Lots of seating and a lovely fall menus. I tried the…read moreapple cinnamon chai from the fall menu because it was iced and it is the only way I can sneak in fall when it's 99+ degrees outside. Luckily the coffee shop was air conditioned. I also saw a menu for food and a couple of customers eating, so I'm sure the food is just as good as the coffee selection

Nestled in downtown Corsicana in a building dating back to the early 1900s, Mita's exudes a trendy yet nostalgic vibe with a fantastic menu to match. We ordered the Chai Tea Latte and the Apple Christmas Tea. They offer several seating areas perfect for conversation, relaxation, or hanging out. A standout feature is their book section, which highlights local authors and adds a unique charm to the space. My wife loved her Chai Tea Latte, calling it delicious, while my Apple Christmas Tea was hands down the best cup of tea I've ever had. We ended up staying for lunch because of doing some remote work. I had the Bacon and Spinach quiche which was amazing! Cristina had the Chicken salad that came with a cucumber salad. She said it was awesome! I would come back just to the cucumber salad! You don't just visit Mita's--you experience it. Well done! If you're ever in Corsicana, Mita's Coffee House is a must-stop destination.

We walked in and it was a good sized bakery that was well lit, bright, with plenty of places to sit. There was a variety of fresh baked breads, muffins, pies, as well as other things to choose from. I wanted a sandwich so I went up to the counter. The person working there was nice. She gave me a few minutes to decide what I wanted. I placed my order, paid, and waited for my name to be called. After about 10 minutes my name was called, I grabbed my order and we were off. As far as the food goes it was delicious. I ordered the Petite Turkey Cranberry Sandwich which comes with turkey, lettuce, apple, cream cheese and honey drizzle. It was the perfect size for traveling and didn't leave me overly full. Overall, Collin Street Bakery was a good place to stop with a clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and several bakery food options.

I love pecan pie but nobody in my family does so when I get a chance to get a slice, I do. I was so excited to take my first bite. It was so nasty. I went to get some cookies, 2 lemon cookies and 2 tart cookies, 2 chocolate w/nuts cookies. The tart, one bite, gross, the lemon, one bite gross, the chocolate was good. Since we had already left I couldn't get my money back. In the trash they went.
