It's a very simple concept: grill a couple of bratwursts and put them on a bed of potato salad with green salad with some pickled vegetables. It works very well.
Frankonian bratwursts are very good. They are juicy and packed with flavor. Two of them are about how many I could eat at one sitting. More than that I would be overeating for sure. My spouse will shop at one.
Potato salad: very good. It's a German type--unlike the one I'm used to in the States, mayonnaise is not used yet it is creamy.
Green salad is well-dressed with oil and vinegar. Underneath the bed of greens are the very typical Frankonian pickled vegetables to complete the salad. I think there were: shredded carrots, cabbage, reddish, and sliced cucumbers. They are very good if you like pickled veggies which I do.
