I was in an accident and called them after I called the police because I knew I'd need body work done. I was not in the best emotional state and they were very calm. The first words I heard from them were, "Are you okay?" And there was genuine concern in the voice of the woman who answered the phone. They were very busy with other jobs, but were able to squeeze me in about a week after the accident. They told me the work would take three days and the work took three days. They did really, really good work. And the best part, the final cost was several hundred dollars LESS THAN the estimate. They found ways to save me money and did so. I highly recommend them.

He said he could do it in June. I called late May to see when in June he would get me in. He said in August. When I asked how all those people got ahead of me he said he would put me on the schedule for 8/18. On 8/13 I left a message to confirm the appointment. He didn't call me back. Next day I went to the shop and was told if I hadn't heard anything to the contrary the date was on. On the 16th I got a message saying I wasn't on the schedule. Fool me once, shame on you.
