These guys are great. Body shops usually come into your life when something not great has happened,…read morebut they made it as pleasant an experience as it could be. I was in an accident and called them after I called the police because I knew I'd need body work done. I was not in the best emotional state and they were very calm. The first words I heard from them were, "Are you okay?" And there was genuine concern in the voice of the woman who answered the phone. They were very busy with other jobs, but were able to squeeze me in about a week after the accident. They told me the work would take three days and the work took three days. They did really, really good work. And the best part, the final cost was several hundred dollars LESS THAN the estimate. They found ways to save me money and did so. I highly recommend them.

What gives them the 5 stars is how courteous, kind and helpful they were. Sometimes it took me a few days to call them back, because things are hectic with my daughter's hospital schedule. They were ALWAYS kind, polite, and helpful. They remembered us and our circumstance and truly went above and beyond to get the car in a drive able condition and help get it all the way back to Maryland. Although we will not have any use for Rod's in the future because we won't be in Vermont again, I wanted to give a recommendation for anyone in the area. They are good people.

Brought my truck in here for a simple routine oil change, and it turned into an ongoing masterclass…read morein predatory billing. Every single time I walked in for something basic, a parade of expensive, unneeded repairs would magically pop up--including a rear wheel bearing job that independent verification and multiple mechanics confirmed was totally unnecessary, as the minor play described is entirely normal. To make matters worse, when they did my rear axle bearings, they handed the truck back with a service park light glowing on the dash, flat-out lied to my face claiming they "didn't touch the brakes," and three days later my rear left brake started spewing fluid from a botched assembly. When I called them out on it, they had it towed back, fixed it, and then tried to stick me with the bill, claiming it couldn't possibly be their fault because they "didn't touch the brakes"--even though doing rear axle bearings absolutely requires touching the brake system and parking brake system. To top it all off, their paperwork claimed my front passenger-side inner tie rod needed immediate replacement. I brought the truck to a couple of other 11 to have it looked at, and all of them said there was no issues whatsoever--proving KG's write-up was completely fabricated. If you go here, expect simple maintenance to be inflated into a multi-thousand-dollar farce. Do yourself a favor, save your wallet, and take your business anywhere else.
