The best resort experience I have ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel at home. Very excited to come back again!!

We stayed here a few years ago and found some bugs in our room, but because it was after checkout time, they didn't refund us. They instead, gave us a voucher for 3 nights to stay at a later date. We decided to give it a bit before giving it another chance - but every time I have called to give them the chance. They either disconnect the phone or don't answer after I mention the 3 night stay I was given and signed by the manager. I'm chalking this up as I won't stay here again (again, there were BUGS in the room) but just want to advise others to avoid this hotel. They don't uphold their end. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Let me be clear, I made our reservations for the Presley Penthouse for our granddaughter's dance comp for June on APRIL 25th, through THEIR website reservation system As you can see in the photos, it confirmed and told me exactly what I had reserved. I called to confirm the reservation and offered to pay in full the DAY AFTER I reserved it. They told me "no, you will pay when you get here". Due to arrival time, I called Monday the week were were supposed to stay and spoke to Irina. She said she would have the manager call me back with access instructions. He didn't. I called Tuesday and spoke to Teresa/ She confirmed the reservation and gave me insutrctions and asked me to call bck Friday to make sure they did it. I called BEGINNING at 10:30 am on Friday. Spoke to Teresa again. She confirmed our reservation. Said she "can see it right here but they may have overbooked this room". She said the GM would call me back. Never heard from anyone. An hour, later I called and got the GM (Jason). He said he was "busy with all these check-ins and I will call you right back". FOUR HOURS went by and he hadn't called. I called yet again and he said "I have about 50 people checking in right now. I have your note here. I am busy. I dont; have time for this right now. I will call you back." and all but hung up on me. After another FOUR hours (it was 8:30 pm and we were in the process of driving 5 hrs to get there), my husband called. He got Brinna who told him "hang on a minute. I will get the manager to talk to you." She put him on hold for 20+ minutes and then hung up! When he called back, she told him "oh, I'm sorry. We have the reservation but nobody paid for it so technically you don't have a reservation. And we are sold out so sorry. There is nothing I can do for you. I don't know what you want us to do. We can't cancel someone else's room" My husband asked for the manager Jason, and was told he was gone. Of course he was. Becasue they messed up and didn't help us. They ran and hid from it. TERRIBLE. Worst customer service I have ever had. We made the reservation over 60 days in advance. And made multiple calls. We did everything we needed to or could have to make this fixable. if they had just dealt with it when I called the FIRST time, it might have been resolved. I'm so upset my room looked nice at first glance however after getting in and getting settled noticed the light fixture in the bathroom was saying noticeably there was hair in the tub the drain cover fell off leaving the screw exposed the light fixtures in the lamps were so loose they turned left to right freely and after staying in this hotel my son has MRSA and when I checked out the gentleman at the front openly admitted they did not inspect the rooms upon reservation but they didn't know what was wrong with the rooms until the customer came and told them when I called the front desk the night that I got in I was told I was going to have housekeeping and maintenance at my room nobody showed up until after I checked out when I called to inform them that my son had caught MRSA they refused to take my call read more

I celebrated my 78 th birthday in Branson and we stayed at the Kings. there were three of us all in our 70s and 80s and I can't say enough good about this staff and the grounds. it was centrally located and delightful. We had a two bedroom two bath condo with a reasonable rate breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this to anyone at any time. read more

Very unclean. As soon as we walked in, the aroma of the room was really gross. The couch was stained and had dog hair covered on it (mind you I'm allergic to dogs). There was dog hair, human hair, and grass on the bed. There were crumbs on the floor, more hair, certain areas were dusty, and the bathroom floor had mysterious yellow stuff on the floor. There were also flies in the room. The pool was closed and unfortunately, small. The front desk lady was very nice and was willing to provide us with another room, but we decided to stay elsewhere. Airbnb was very helpful and sweet on helping us out with a refund, but whoever hosted the hotel on Airbnb falsely advertised it. They did not show any pictures of it being Elvis themed lol. We stayed at King Resort and Suites for our Anniversary and had a great stay. It is close to all The shows, The Landing, The Outlet Mall and The Downtown area. It was close to a local Pharmacy, Groceries and Fast food along with so many things to do for Adults and Families. The Manager at the front desk was absolutely the sweetest and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The morning Breakfast had great Biscuits and Gravy and Waffles. They had Coffee and Juice and the Beautiful Woman who was doing the Breakfast was so sweet. We were very happy with the Room. It was a Double Queen and was very clean. We needed a extra Blanket and Towels and they were brought right to the room. It was nice having a refrigerator and it included a Coffee pot and microwave. We will definitely stay there again. We got to see a local Celtic show which was nice and we walked the downtown. They were just putting up all the Christmas decorations and it was really pretty at night. Make sure to stop at the middle alleyway with the hive Christmas tree to get photos. The owner is so nice and decorated it for the holidays. Make sure you visit Walkers Tacos when you are downtown! Where do I start! Was not as advertised. Reservation was made for a king ground floor room, got a double queen room on second floor, mind you we are both disabled. No hot tub and pool was ice cold. Tried to go to game room twice but lobby locked, called front desk and asked about it and was told not busy so they locked up. Had to use towels over again but I feel 5 days is too much. No blankets on beds, no phones in rooms, housekeeping did not check if we needed anything. Went to ask them about getting toilet paper and coffee, trash bags, waited 30 minutes for them , housekeeping did not speak English , we ended up buying coffee. Fire alarms went off and no one checked on guests . Kinda annoyed by all the signs about being fined for everything. In all we left 3 days early and it wasnt a happy anniversary or birthday celebration that we planned . Have yet to receive deposit or any response from management. read more

Now listing the cons: CONS: -We got there at night and it was dark, the light switch didn't work (neither did the floor lamp) - so I got to slam my shin into the coffee table trying to get to the other end of the room to light up the room. - No blanket - the reception said the 2 sheets on our bed were "blankets" - ummm....no....they were 2 sheets. Luckily my hubby travels "heavy" and had a sleeping bag in the car - The bathrooms was kinda falling apart, and the toilet plumbing not only ran with water - but at a ferocious pulsing on/off, on/off, on/off for a good 5 mins after flushing -Too much furniture for the little room, you had to almost go sideways at the foot of the bed to get to the bathroom. read more

I booked https://www.bransonkingresort.com/rooms/king-condo/ on 2/8/23 thru hotels.com for 3/16-18. I reserved for 5 adults knowing the room held 6 in case another friend could come. The room has 2 Kings and 1 queen sofa bed and an indoor pool for the 4-11 and 17 yo kids. Room stated 14yo and up but decided the 11yo would be ok. On 3/13 I called 3 numbers until I reached the office manager. She never sent check in details that day so I called the 2nd number (Ronnie Craig, Owner) and he gave me details. He called back 10 minutes later saying they were 'double booked' and put me in the King Condo 2, which is adult only as it has nude décor. My boyfriend arrived early and said this room was for 5 people and that the beds were in poor condition, plus nude photo. I called Ronnie and he assured me the room was for 8 people and no one else complained of nudity. I arrived and saw the futon is a narrow couch. Mansplaining, he asked if I could figure out the "futon" which is a very narrow couch that my children BARELY fit. My 2-11yo slept on couch with 2 bright pin ball machines, 2 neon signs and a lit juke box. They used the throws to cover the lights as we were nervous to unplug. Next day I texted asking for pool code and he said not available due to a condo sale. When I told him I figured out the room isn't made for 6 much less 8 people, he said to contact Barbara. She hasn't called back after 2 attempts. In addition, the countertops weren't clean, didn't provide enough coffee (mug tasted weird), barely enough soap in kitchen and bathrooms. Not enough hand or washcloths. Hotels.com gave me a voucher for $58 and I paid $385. Did some googling and this guy is shady and owns more at https://www.bransonkingresort.com/. His ADULT properties should be clearly stated in the title, not fine print. He doesn't care about customer service, just making money and his "$3k" nude Marilyn Monroe Playboy photo. Needs new beds, bad. Wish I would have read the few bad reviews earlier. read more

Would definitely give this "resort" a negative review if it was possible. Do not stay here. Arrived in Branson for the Memorial Day holiday and upon arrival was given a room that had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, trash everywhere, etc.. Clearly a miscommunication with the housekeeping staff, it happens. However, after calling the front desk and given another room number, the second room was also unclean. Trash in the bin, dirty towels on the bathroom floor and food in the refrigerator. Disgusting and totally unacceptable from a consumer perspective. Do not stay here. PS. Bring headphones if you want to get any sleep. Noisy AF. read more

This place is such a great deal! I'm really surprised at the 1 star reviews as our room was superbly clean, everything functioned well, and it had everything we needed (even extra blankets and towels). I wish I would have taken pictures to add here to show how well put together the room was. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to see Branson. The game room was super fun. And the complementary breakfast (provided by the very helpful Irena) was fantastic! I was a little leery to book here because of the majorly affordable price compared to the competition (usually that translates to less-than quality and care) but I'm so glad I took the chance because it turned out wonderfully! read more

Excellent room. Highly recommend the Presley Penthouse! We stayed there 2 nights over the Labor Day weekend. Room was fantastic, exceptional one of a kind experience with an old juke box, Elvis, 50's and Marilyn Monroe memorabilia. I would also like to thank the owner Barb at the front desk. She was so nice and sincere. She made my wife and my parents feel so welcome, gave us bottled water for the ride home and even free tickets to an Elvis show in Wisconsin (parents live nearby). My parents are bilingual and the cleaning staff wanted to make them some native food! Really can't say enough about the people here. Some hotels may do some little things better, but all around this was our best experience in 4 visits to Branson. We will only be staying here on our future visits. read more

Welp. Let's start with no house keeping. Old school outlet to turn on with switch. Had to fix the toilet multiple times cause of the loud noises. Outlets were very loose so nothing was stable when plugged in. Charges for 5 bucks each for a keycard not returned. Game room, cool I guess. Breakfast was good. No phone to front desk. My friend got ate by bed bugs and we had pictures of her bites and the bugs then when we told the owner she said we were dirty and we got them from a restaurant (we've never had bed bugs and we ate at one fine dining restaurant) she then proceeded to go on Airbnb where we booked the room and made lies up to where other airbnbs owners can see also it took 20 minutes just to check into the room, there is crackheads that we're riding bikes and knocking on our door, and the room wasn't even a nice room read more

Honestly, it wasn't bad for the price! The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy! Can't complain too much! It's definitely cheap. Don't get me wrong. It has some quirks suck as the shower head being placed at 4ft making you have to bed down to shower BUT overall, for 60$ per night, that's probably the best deal you're gonna get in the area. Arrived at 3 pm for check in and was unable to because our room was not cleaned and ready. Ok, I get it. Not enough staff. Checked with them in person every 1.5 hours. Room still not ready. Finally at almost 8 pm, the front desk girl felt so bad the room was still not ready she put us in a pet friendly room. Said we wouldn't be charged for that night. Got in the room and stepped in what i can guess was dog pee. Sink barely drains, coffee maker full of moldy coffee, dresser drawers broken and chewed on, cracks and hair in bathtub, damaged ceiling tiles. Ended up being charged for both nights. I booked this place through Airbnb. My host and partial owner of the hotel was nice when we checked in. I paid for two nights but only stayed one after noticing there were bed bugs! Me and my daughter have bites on our feet, ankles, and butt. We tried addressing the issue with the host in person and she was very aggressive and rude. She said "I'm tired of trying to please everyone" and slammed her hands on the counter. Then she asked who we were waiting on when we were still standing there, left the premises, and drove off in her car. I had to contact Airbnb for a refund and now we're down the street at Marriott (highly recommend). read more

This hotel has a bed bug infestation. I saw several of the live bed bugs crawling around at 1am. I requested a room change and went to 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms had bugs. I left the property early and at checkout, another customer was also checking out early. She showed me her arm which was all bitten with bed bug bites. I had to throw away a lot of my property and the hotel refuses to make it right. Instead, they accused ME of bringing the bugs (in all 3 rooms) which is ridiculous. This place needs to be shutdown. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this might be for you. However, if you like a clean, comfortable place you'll need to stay elsewhere. Just a few things to note. The Wi-Fi didn't work the first night of our stay, the flooring in the room we stayed in was loose and coming up, the TV is so snowy you could barely make out what was being shown, half of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. We called and asked for an exchange of towels at approximately 3:00pm and was told someone would bring them, went to dinner around 7:00pm and they not brought them. Wife called back and again (before we left to dinner), was assured someone would be bringing them. Here it is Monday morning and I'm air drying after a shower due to STILL not having towels. Just my observation and opinion, but we will definitely not be staying here again. read more

I called this location today to receive some kind of compensation. I spoke to Brooke and was told I was going to get a call back from "her boss" well I never recieved a call...and I am not shocked after my experience. I visited Branson for my best friends wedding. She purchased my hotel room for me. The first room we stayed in had a broken toilet with fecal matter in it. After driving 4 hours obviously a bathroom break was needed. Whelp. Disgusting. We were then moved to room 410, my sister and I thought this room most definitely looked under maintained and dirty (the other room did also). We had been driving and needed to get ready so it'll do for one night. We attempted to turn the TV on for some background noise. It didn't work. We called the front desk to ask for assistance. They said they would send someone "RIGHT AWAY" I let them know we would be leaving bc we had somewhere to be and that was fine with them. We went out and when we got back to the hotel, still no television. This was at 9pm. I once again called the front desk and she said we will send someone "right away" Joe showed up a few minutes later, he tried his hardest to get our tv fixed as he knew the frustrations we felt. He was very pleasant and honestly the only good experience we received here. It took him an hour to fix out EXTREMELY outdated television and the screen was still fizzy but we were tired so told him we would live with it. Again Joe was great. The hotel was awful. And it continues, Joe left the room and I was finally able to wind down after an entire day or driving and running around Branson. I went to take a shower and absolutely no hot water. So, I took a cold shower. The water never even got warm. Obviously at this point I was completely over the "King Resort" what a weird name for a dump. We went to bed and my covers smelled disgusting. Everything we touched was dirty. The folded hand towels and body towels were still wet where they were not dried completely which also means they were not properly sanitized. This hotel was an awful experience. Location was great but I would rather drive an hour to every main attraction to avoid this. I also reached out to this hotel via Facebook to receive compensation but was ignored. read more

I called the front desk on June 23rd to make a reservation for the night of JUNE 26th. After hanging up I received a confirmation for JULY 26th. I called right back and let them know that I needed the room booked for June 26th not July 26th. They told me it was all fixed and that they had cancelled the July 26th booking and that I was booked ONLY for June 26th. We stayed the night of June 26th. However, when we arrived they placed us in a studio when we had paid for a one bedroom condo. The front desk informed me that they would refund me the difference of the room which was roughly $120. Fast forward to the morning of July 27th and I wake up with a missed call from Branson King Resorts stating that I had not arrived for my room the night before. I check my bank account and they charged my card $243 for a room I had canceled a month before. I immediately called the front desk and let them know what had happened and was told that I would get a refund. It has now been three weeks with me calling multiple times and even speaking with the owner named Barb. I have still not received any refund to my account. My account was overdrawn with multiple overdraft fees and I have been getting the run around from management and the front desk. Just a warning if you book make sure that you KNOW FOR A FACT that any changes or cancellations are documented by the front desk instead of just taking their word for it. This mistake cost me almost $400 and it doesn't look like they are going to refund me for either of the mistakes that were made by their front desk. I am VERY UPSET that my hard earned money is gone and that the management and front desk does not want to help me or take responsibility for the incorrect charging of my card. read more

Was kind of disappointed. Rate was good. Didn't try the breakfast. Rooms were in need of updating (Painting, etc) Ceiling tiles in the bathroom looked like they were about to fall out and the toilets are great for children (they were sooo low). Lighting was not good. TV remote didn't work. Sheets felt like sandpaper! But hey, I guess you get what you pay for! On the plus side, the staff was friendly and it was close to the strip. read more
