Ringworm from the kittens you sold to my mom

If I could give this place zero stars I would but I can't so I'll give it one star. This place is horrible. Y'all gave my mom two kittens for $400 and all of these been doing is getting sicker and sicker by the day because the medicine y'all gave us isn't working and the cats have ringworms that spread to me so now I have to deal with this ringworm on my body that I have to go to the doctor and get rid of. Why would you give anyone to kittens if you're not going to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the kittens first ever since we got them first there was something wrong with the eye, then there was something wrong with the ears then there's something wrong with their whole body it's ridiculous. I want a refund or something give me something because I don't wanna deal with it. Y'all should've done your jobs. Whoever is in charge of the people working here needs to be fired because the manager the boss of whatever whoever's in charge isn't doing a good job of making sure that the workers here are doing their job right so now because of this boss or manager who's not doing their job right there's workers out here getting paid for doing nothing and these kittens have diseases and problems and issues with them and you'll get all these kittens to families. What if I was a newborn I could be dead right now all because a y'all because y'all workers don't want to do your job that's ridiculous. Now I have to go to the doctor.. I don't have a job right now but I'm sure if I worked at the Brandywine SPCA I would be making sure that whatever cat is in need get what it needs and I will make sure that every single card that I come in contact with, doesn't have any diseases because nobody got time for diseases diseases, kill people, and animals. You'll need to do your jobs before you get fired and I swear to god if I come up in there and y'all don't, take care of these kittens I'm a lose my mind. The animals and their deserve so much better and so do the families who adopted an animal from that place into their family.

When I…read morewas a broke college student dealing with my girl having medical issues, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and did everything they could to help me. They helped me manage her thyroid issues which gave her 5 more great years with me. They saved her from a life threatening infection that gave her 4 more great years with me. They sat there with me and worked with me while I cried about trying to afford all of her care on my own. They truly truly care about your pets here. When I graduated and was semi less broke that kindness never stopped. I lost her on Monday and just picked up her ashes from them today and was met again with nothing but kindness, literally willing to stay open late to make sure I could get there on time. I have nothing but great things to say about this vet office and their staff. Thank you for everything

The next appointment is in 8 days. All they care about is money, don't ever go here unless you really have to. Very disappointed. They don't care about the health of my dog or they would help me out without just making me wait and have him get sicker. Money grubbers

You can tell that Dr. Rider cares about his patients! He's a quiet person, and not very chatty,…read morewhich we think might put off some people, His focus is entirely on the animals and he knows what he's doing, which is exactly why we chose him. When it comes to our pups, Dr. Rider is "the man". Hubby and I both believe that it would be hard to find a better vet pretty much anywhere. Prices are quite reasonable, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. We wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

I took her to Dr. Rider and he didn't listen to her heart or lungs knowing that I brought her in with breathing issues. The next day I get a phone call at work from my daughter who was in such a panic it scared me. She said I had to come home right away. I left work not knowing what was happening and when I got home I rushed inside to find my 3 yr.old cat Reta having seizures. She was screaming in pain and was rolling uncontrollably across my bedroom floor. My husband and I called Dr. Riders office and they refused to see her bc he was busy with other clients! They recommended us to take her to the Swedesboro Animal Hospital where she later died that night. I got a call from the Animal Hospital with the devastating news. The Veterinarian asked me if if was aware of Retta's condition and I had no clue what that was bc Dr. Rider said she was fine & healthy. Come to find out my cat died from Congested Heart Failure. This all could have been treated if Dr. Rider took the time to examine her correctly. I will never recommend him to anyone! He is all about the money and really doesn't care about the animals. On top of that he's arrogant and rude! He doesn't answer questions and will cut you off when you're trying to explain why you brought your pet in there in the first place! I will never ever use him again!

We adopted our kitty Savanna from FF a month ago. It was a smooth process -- we went in on a Friday…read moreduring adoption hours to meet the cats. We chose Savanna, a 3 year old shorthair tabby, and filled out an application. We were told someone else had applied for her, but they allowed us to put another cat we also really liked just in case. On Tuesday (3 business days) they called and said we'd been approved for Savanna. I went in the next day with my new cat carrier, signed the forms, and brought her home, along with a couple days worth of food, some treats, and toys. We also got a free physical at the FF vet clinic, which I took advantage of. There is no home visit for cats. They ask a few questions, such as do you own or rent and are pets allowed where you live, do you have kids, allergies, etc. You have to agree not to declaw, but there are some declawed rescues who need homes. They highly recommend you keep your cat indoors. Adoption for an adult cat in Jan '17 was $45 and included spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, deworming, flea treatment, tests for the major feline diseases, and a microchip. The spay/neuter alone would cost more than the adoption fee by itself, so it's a great deal, but more importantly, your previously homeless cat (or dog) gets to be a part of your family. One month, and I already can't imagine life without Savanna!

Made a appointment with Faithful friends to do a small Mass removal on my small dog. I dropped her…read moreoff when I went back to pick her up at 4:00. The vet that worked on her came out and told me after he closed her up the first time she was still bleeding real bad. He had to go back in and put her to sleep and open her up the second time. So I had to sit and wait an extra hour for her to wake up off the anesthesia. When they brought her out to me they had her in some kind of suit. The lady was carrying her and she said it was a space suit. She said she would carry her to my truck and they had raped her and she told me to take the bandages off. When I got home that night I took the bandages off. I couldn't believe my eyes. I never seen anything so bad in my whole life. She was so swollen and bruised in between. Her two back legs was so swelled. They look like giant blood blisters. They gave me enough meds for 7 days and and said rest. I stayed with her in my bedroom around the clock and kept icing her down. When I called and said how swelled she was that's what they told me to do after a week and a half bleeding had never stopped. It wasn't real bad thick drops but steady and then it got a little worse and he told me to put a Band-Aid on her so I was using big band needs. Every time I took one off it was so filled with blood. I couldn't believe it. So I took. I called and said she was in pain and I need it more medicine. I'm still thinking well. Some swelling went down and don't look as bad. I was praying she'd be okay. They told me I would have to bring her in to get the medicine so I did why there? I told him bleeding never stop. Is she bled on their floor where I was sittinI told the lady at the receptionist she went and got a mop and mopped it up. They gave me more meds and told me the same thing. Rest and I left within 21 days from surgery to the day she bled out and died in my arms. I left another review. It would be the first review and I put pictures with it but it looked like things were changed around and it was set so I added it and I'm rewriting it now. I don't know if They'll let me post pictures to show you how bad it was. I called there said I would like to talk to the vet that did the mass removal on my dog. She passed away and they said they were so sorry and they would have him call me a week. Maybe a little over a week later. He called. I told him you went in twice. You had to do something wrong the first time for her to bleed like that for you to go back in the second time. He called me delusional and asked me can I prove it? I got pictures of before I brought her there and look great and I got pictures when they were done with her she looked so bad he had to know something was wrong for him to opened her up twice. He just prolonged her death. She suffered for 21 days before her passing. He told me the second time he went in. He tied everything off and she'd be okay. Just rest and medicine from surgery to the day she passed was exactly 21 days. I googled it about if a vet opens the dog up twice and it told me that yes that's not good. I experience that should know better and if she died within 21 days that's why she died because she was opened up twice. If you would have just told me the first time before he opened her up the second time because everybody makes a mistake that he hits something and couldn't stop the bleeding and had to know she was going to pass away. He just let her suffer. I would have just had her put down so she didn't suffer. I am very hurt that he has denied anything to do with her passing. I'm very mad. He opened her up twice. Never asked me. Could he go back in twice or did I want him to go back in? He just did it on his own. I lost my best friend my companion. She was all I had. She went everywhere with me and did everything together. She is very missed. I'm lost . and he still hasn't taken responsibility for what happened to her. I believe he's mean and selfish and knowing she was going to pass and he let her suffer for the 21 days. All I've done is cry. I can't believe I took her for a small Mass removal to make sure she was okay and I was so happy to go get her and then he came out and told me he had it open her twice and when I took her him and seen her it was the worst thing I've ever seen in my life. I had to watch my dog suffer for 21 days. Why he was in denial until her death? Dr Quin did the surgery I'm not from PA in from Newcastle Delaware.
