I certainly get when something is not doable and I never expect immediate turn around and can come back later or the next day which I normally do. Immediately he tells me they are more expensive then the price I've paid. I've been shipping the same thing for a month. We finally straighten that out. I'm not even arguing with him. His response, "Do you live around here? Can you come back tomorrow and I'll have it figured out and you can pay." Me: "Do you want my contact so you can call when it's done." His response: "No." I come back the next day and he says, "If these weren't so time consuming I'd have it done." I ended up deciding to cancel that appointment and made another one. On my second request, I initially said "any time on a particular Friday." They gave me a range of 9-11 AM on a Sat and I asked if they could come in at 9 AM and they said yes. They ended up coming in right before 11 AM. So, I can understand that I needed to try to pick a time interval to be available rather than a time, okay. I gave them some stars for working with me and being professional for the in-person estimate itself. I was then told that I would receive an estimate over the phone in the same day some hours later. I requested by e-mail instead and was told that this was fine. During a time period of two weeks and two days after that, I had made three phone calls. I left voice mails twice and got through one time, the 2nd time I believe. I was told that the estimate was mixed up with something else and that it would be coming out. I'm not sure if they want to work with me or not, but at least it would be nice to let me know that instead of running me around. For potentially big jobs, my reasonable concern of not being able to receive an estimate by e-mail (or snail mail physical copy) makes me feel like there would be a he-said-she-said dynamic if I went for this. For smaller jobs, it isn't such a big loss and they seem like they do good work from the other reviews and my interaction with the attendant during the estimate. They may not be the most pronounced with their words, but I was willing to consider them with the other good reviews and them being local to me. With the lack of an estimate by e-mail, it made me wonder if the company or someone in the company has a PA license number. I would like to presume yes, but I couldn't find one personally based on company name. I know the search engine isn't the best if you don't have the actual license number to look up. If there are any updates/changes to this review or if it's proper for me to write another review as I can't update this one after about a month, then I will do so. I've strongly considered and tried to rate my experience as fairly as possible, and I really feel that Sunny's services could've done much better with their interactions in working with me after the estimate was completed.

There was some old, degrading wire that we discovered and needed to have removed/replaced. William contacted me quickly, reviewed photos of the job, and gave me a fair quote. Ryan came out a few days later at my request, they would have come out sooner but my schedule didn't allow it. Ryan took care of the main problem. A couple days later NMA came back from a trip and noticed part of his room had no power. I contacted them again and they advised they will be right out. They came, found that the connection to the panel was loose, They made sure that everything was working before they left. William and Ryan were responsive, friendly and professional. Ask them up front for licensing, insurance and if they are registered as electricians, plumbers, etc. The man who says that he is in charge is operating under the identity of another man listed as the business owner. They have different phone numbers and if you catch him off guard he will tell you his real name is either Lewis when his name is William :/ This young man sent out guys to my property that had no idea what they were doing. They tampered with both my electrical and plumbing and I had to have the work assessed by a professional and take pictures and make records of everything for legal reasons. It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party. Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays.
