He even told me that they fix cars that are paid for up front. That is why I paid for everything up front and he still had my car for a month, giving me the runaround. In the 3rd week, I called again to get a status, then he told me there were others in front of me and I replied "you did not tell me that up front, if I had known that up front I could have taken it someplace else. He then tells me I can come pick up my car and motor and take it someplace else. I replied to him, make that make sense at this point. At the end of that week I spoke to a Phillip whom was more professional than Joshua. I believe Mr. Phillip spoke to Mr. Joshua about my car because Mr. Joshua called me with a more humble attitude and my car was ready in the next 2 days. When I went to pickup my car, Joshua was trying to give me the key to go get my car from around the back. I had to tell him my foot was hurting and he could see I was using my cane, he then went to bring my car around to me. When I got in my car they left there trash on my floor and dirt on the floor and the door of my car. However to be fair, my car is driving good. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MR. Well lo and behold he installed them incorrectly and I didn't notice until last night when I drove in the rain for over an hour straight Fast forward to today 12/16. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager (Gerald I believe). I explained the situation and he said you can go to any autozone and get them replaced no questions asked. So I drove here at 6:35pm. He asked me to describe who did the job and chuckled. Then he saw that the plastic was left on the blades and they would be fully operational now so go ahead and test them out. I explained I couldn't because A. Its not raining. B. I don't have enough windshield wiper in my car to give it a true test. He seemed irritated at the fact that I insisted that he replace them and then proceeds to tell me to leave and go elsewhere with an attitude. So trying to help an upset customer over a botched job by one of your own employees is my fault? Now I have scratches on my windshield because of their negligence. I made a purchase online to buy some oil for my car and pick it up in the store. When I went to the…read morestore to pickup the oil, the person at the front desk gave me an attitude like he clearly didn't want to be there. I then give him my name and information for my pickup. While he is looking my information up, there is someone behind him sitting on the floor eating and watching something on his phone. He then goes to give me my oil and it is clearly the wrong oil. I tell him that's not what I ordered and its the wrong oil. He then lies and says, its the same oil its just in a different bottle. I pulled out my phone and showed him what I ordered and what it should look like. He then gets an attitude and walks as slow as possible to get me the correct kind. When he comes back it's still not the right kind and he claims that's the best they have, even though what I ordered was in stock on the site and this guy clearly doesn't know what he is doing and is showing he doesn't care to work. I was so frustrated I just left. There are too many auto care stores in the area to come here and deal with this. I will never be back to this location.

Once i found another location, they install the new battery but my car would not start. I was given a completely dead battery from this location . I was very disappointed and trusted that this new car battery would not have any issues. The Woodyard rd location was very helpful and was able to exchange the New dead battery for A fully charged battery.
