DARCARS Chrysler Jeep Waldorf - My jeep

No trading in, sell the old car in a private sale or donate to charity. All dealers make the biggest profits on reselling your old car. Don't put yourself in the position to feel you are against the wall. All in all, don't go thinking this is the only place to buy a car. Don't like what you see, or don't like the dealing, leave, go somewhere else. Bottom line, this has been a good place to purchase cars.

Waldorf, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram…read more I brought my Jeep Wrangler to this dealership because the transmission light came on, the vehicle was jerking, and it was unsafe to accelerate or reverse. The initial service representative told me it would be a three-day wait just to have the vehicle looked at. While trying to figure out a plan outside, a second staff member approached me. I explained that the vehicle would not reverse at all, making it impossible for me to even back out of their lot safely. I also mentioned an active recall on the vehicle. I was told that because they did not have a certified transmission technician on-site, they could not help me and that the recall repair wouldn't fix the issue anyway. Instead of offering to help arrange a tow or ensuring my safety, the staff member told me my best option was to drive the malfunctioning vehicle over 30 minutes away in heavy traffic to dealerships in Annapolis or Alexandria. When I reminded him that I could not even put the vehicle in reverse to leave, he asked if I could drive forward, told me to use the forward gears to get back on the main highway, and wished me good luck. A specialized dealership should never advise a customer to drive a severely compromised, unsafe vehicle back into traffic. The complete lack of assistance, basic safety concern, or guidance on alternative towing options was incredibly disappointing. Update: I managed to get the vehicle to a different Jeep dealership, where the staff took the situation seriously and took the vehicle in for service immediately without hesitation. That is how urgent safety issues should be handled.

Autozone - This guy is a real class act. Rude and not helpful at all

I have been here three times so far and even though they are limited on selection, they still offer great products at a good value. I recently purchased a few things for my new mustang and was satisfied with my purchase. Ok....that's all, nothing bad or spectacular like .... Tis all! Favs: They have this spray that made my tires shine for the GOOOODDDDSSS to see lmaooo :P Would Change: More of a selection.

I purchased a set of rain x silcone wiper blades for my car from this location two Sundays ago from…read moretoday. The associate wasn't sure about installing them that day. He finally did. Well lo and behold he installed them incorrectly and I didn't notice until last night when I drove in the rain for over an hour straight Fast forward to today 12/16. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager (Gerald I believe). I explained the situation and he said you can go to any autozone and get them replaced no questions asked. So I drove here at 6:35pm. He asked me to describe who did the job and chuckled. Then he saw that the plastic was left on the blades and they would be fully operational now so go ahead and test them out. I explained I couldn't because A. Its not raining. B. I don't have enough windshield wiper in my car to give it a true test. He seemed irritated at the fact that I insisted that he replace them and then proceeds to tell me to leave and go elsewhere with an attitude. So trying to help an upset customer over a botched job by one of your own employees is my fault? Now I have scratches on my windshield because of their negligence. I even called the one in la plata and the manager told me to call customer service and not waste my breathe. I should listened to my wife and avoid autozone. I will never shop at another autozone ever again

I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and waited three hours before being told it would take at least another hour. Customers should be informed in advance if the service may take four or five hours so they can make other arrangements. I was quoted approximately $800 for the brake service, but the labor cost was not clearly explained or itemized before I approved the work. After paying nearly $1,000, I realized that about $430 was for labor. The parts and labor charges should be clearly separated before the customer authorizes the service. I would appreciate it if you could review my invoice and consider an adjustment to the labor charge.

I explained to them the car sits a lot now that I'm retired and an oil change dont go by day to day or month to month that it go's by the next oil change mileage integral and I'm early. then they tell me I need an oil pan that is stripped out. I said how can that be you guys are the only ones changing the oil all these years. they said pans can wear out. as a retired mechanic thats bull! I said give back the car you can stick the tires for life where the sun don't shine and I will never buy a car here again. I will go to bayside for now on. beware! they don't stand behind the tires for life program.
