I purchased a set of rain x silcone wiper blades for my car from this location two Sundays ago from today. The associate wasn't sure about installing them that day. He finally did. Well lo and behold he installed them incorrectly and I didn't notice until last night when I drove in the rain for over an hour straight Fast forward to today 12/16. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager (Gerald I believe). I explained the situation and he said you can go to any autozone and get them replaced no questions asked. So I drove here at 6:35pm. He asked me to describe who did the job and chuckled. Then he saw that the plastic was left on the blades and they would be fully operational now so go ahead and test them out. I explained I couldn't because A. Its not raining. B. I don't have enough windshield wiper in my car to give it a true test. He seemed irritated at the fact that I insisted that he replace them and then proceeds to tell me to leave and go elsewhere with an attitude. So trying to help an upset customer over a botched job by one of your own employees is my fault? Now I have scratches on my windshield because of their negligence. I even called the one in la plata and the manager told me to call customer service and not waste my breathe. I should listened to my wife and avoid autozone. I will never shop at another autozone ever again read more

Nothing bad and nothing too exciting....but they still deserve a review. This location is perfectly located, there is plenty of parking, and the employees are very helpful. I have been here three times so far and even though they are limited on selection, they still offer great products at a good value. I recently purchased a few things for my new mustang and was satisfied with my purchase. Ok....that's all, nothing bad or spectacular like .... Tis all! The only reason it gets 2 stars is because they have a pretty decent 'no questions asked' replacement warranty. I shop here for things I know they have, oil when it's on sale, bulbs, filters etc. Once in a while I'll get actual parts. Herein lies the problem. Nobody knows anything about cars. There used to be a guy there that I would talk to regularly, and knew his way around cars, I could describe a part, and BAM! he pulled it off the shelf, but he left. So now the place wallows in auto parts ignorance. If the parts person can't find it on the computer (and most of the time I just give them their own part number) they are lost, even with their own part number, but unlike Pep-Boys, they will actually look for the part. If you need oil and plugs, not a bad place. If you need advice or recommendations, forget it. read more

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Fiance came here to get a screw for his oil pan. The gentleman working sold him what they both thought was the right screw, but it turns out it was the wrong size which ended up leaving a big crack in his oil pan. The cost to fix that was quite pricy. After explaining to autozone what happened, they offered to take care of parts and labor costs to fix it. Now that's great customer service! read more

Pretty bad experience, my car stalled out in their parking lot and they didn't know anything to help me get moving again. I had to rely on a random nice customer who knew what he was doing,turns out it was my battery. A worker said to me they couldn't install my battery because "We're all Females". This place will be alright if you know what you're doing but don't go there expecting anything the commercial promises. Participation Varies!! read more

Worst customer service ever! They treated my husband and brother in law horribly!! The guy who helped them by the name Bob was plain rude and not helpful. My husband went to buy break pads and the guy was like what do you want. All moody and rude. We are never going back there. read more
