I saw my confidence in my driving soar quickly as we worked through all the elements of driving that I was insecure about, from lane-changing, to merges, entering/exiting highways, backing into tight spots, and more. Phil's approach is extremely gentle and informative - he has a very high level of patience and he comes with a vast amount of driving knowledge. He instructs and provides tips/tricks in a way that is both easy to understand/remember, and also backed by practical examples and experiences. I've gone to two driving schools previously (1 on Staten Island, 1 in Brooklyn) and Phil is by far the best. Not only is it an incredible value for the money, but he is also the most informative, and extremely professional (prompt arrival time, easy scheduling, respectfulness, good communication, etc.) Thank you Phil for finally getting me to become a comfortable highway driver after many years of fearing it! If you are there for a gym membership, it's closed to you Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from December through March. Even when it's open to you, expect a lot of broken machines. No one on staff actually does repairs. Only 1 of the 3 elliptical machines is fully functional. Many of the exercise bikes don't work. Many of the treadmills are very old or don't work. Have heard that the machines were 2nd hand to begin with. Now imagine them with no maintenance. The staff doesn't reinforce proper workout clothes so expect to see many senior citizens in jeans and flannel shirts. Also, only a small fraction of the gym members actually clean off the machines when they are done. Parking is abused. At 6:50am, many spots are already taken up in the parking lot while it's relatively empty inside. Highlights of the parking lot is the random guy who uses its acoustics to play his trumpet.

So many different events taking place it easy to zoom in on one particular event you may enjoy. I was amazed by my grandson's events but found myself watching the pole vaulting events. These kids flying over the bars with such grace, I know I'm watching some Olympic athletes in the making. All in all the USA won't have to worry about lack of Any Olympic hopeful in the future.

I spent about $35 on just Bingo sheets alone. did i win? why yes.... yes, i did. a gift certificate to a trattoria- what else would it be? i mean, would you expect a gift certificate to a Chinese restaurant? of course not. lol. the decor is dingy and it reminds me of a ghetto lunchroom. i'm talking about an old, smelly, and gross lunchroom. all the Bingo stuff is old, too. the scoreboard thingie that keeps track of the numbers looks like it's going to blow a fuse or something. it's quite the experience. lol they sell homemade goodies and snacks here. from popcorn to rice krispies treats... they also had antipasti, cannolis, cheesecake, and other Italian baked goods. i settled with a ginger ale. i'd say... try it. why the hell not? just a warning, though.... these Bingo people DON'T PLAY (they're serious about this), YO!
