My experience has been nothing but a nightmare; I find GreenWorks unorganized and uninterested in…read morestanding behind their product and customers. Ordered a lawnmower; of course it was on back order and several delivery commitments were missed. When the mower was delivered; it was the incorrect model and had to be shipped back. When the correct mower finally arrived; it was triple shipped and it took countless calls and emails to correct the situation. My mower was fine for almost a year; then when pushing the power button; the blades would not engage. I was instructed by GreenWorks to take the mower to LKN Small Engine repair for a warranty repair which was completed; I picked the mower up in December. The mower sat for the winter and when I went to use in the spring; same issue. The warranty expired over the winter months and they did not care that a repair through their authorized service center was uneffective. They also claimed they had no record of a repair. LKN Small engine was able to provide me their documentation but Greenworks wouldn't help. LKN Small Engine also would not stand behind their repair. I would not recommend either company!

The guy that came was very nice, hosed the house down, and after he left the great smell of pesticides was in the air. Love it! However, the bugs never completely left. I'm not sure what he sprayed in all the corners and crevices, but within three days, the bugs were gone. It's been a week and I can still smell the great smell of pesticides so I know it's still working. It took two tries, but they finally got it. The second guy even told me the plan, a follow up in two weeks, without me having to ask. Exactly what I wanted. I'm glad I called them.
