I did not ask them about a service fee. The technician showed up on Wednesday an hour and 1/2 later than the window they gave me. He didn't have the hardware needed, he was not knowledgeable as we explained 3 times to him what we had discussed with the scheduler. He was here 10 minutes, told us he would be unable to get the hardware until next week, we are leaving on vacation Sunday so needed done by end of week. He spent 10 MINUTES, didn't do anything, and charged us $146.00 for the visit from Brandon to Tampa. This company is ridiculous, I called the manager and was told that their service fee is $164 so I'm getting nothing back on my $146; what a waste. Good luck in the future with anyone working with them.

They were available to make and program my key on the spot and tested it to make sure it worked fine. All was good. It was about $70 total. They are located in a business warehouse type area, not much parking, but easy enough to find them. They also sell commercial locks of all types, and other type products.
