They were meticulous from the planning stage to the excavation through the construction and right down to getting the putty colors right (4 different colors) in the sliding door threshold! The level of communication, detail and care they put into this project amazed me every day. The result is a beautiful new, sunny room overlooking our lake with a fabulous gym below. They took my brand new screen door off, before they left, they put it on half hazardly, it no longer shuts and has more holes in the frame than a peg board.
