This was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had from an owner of the business. We had a…read morequestion about the hours billed for the labour on my van, the only person available to speak with was the owner. He was very unprofessional, belligerent and angry within one minute of speaking with us. He could not justify any of the labour charges on the bill as he stated he did not work on my unit. As he continued to get angrier he stated I was not welcome as a customer and to never come back to his business again. My reply was I would be back so he could warranty the work if there were any issues. I have never been treated so poorly by any business owner. I will not be recommending Wild Mountain RV to anyone I know and will let the RV repair person that did recommend them to me to stop as the whole experience was very upsetting and unpleasant.

The last straw; Their tech work wet/muddy boots in my RV, when I asked him to take his boots off or step out of the RV, he stormed off. When speaking to the front desk about it(SAM), he said I was in the wrong and I am not allowed to talk to their techs, I asked what I did wrong he said "I did not drop it". After spending almost $10,000 with them you would think there would be some customer service. I asked Sam what is going to be done about the mud on the carpet in rig and he stated "I'm am no longer welcome there." So much for warranting their work. Disappointing to say the least. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else, save yourself money, time and frustration by using a different repair shop. I know I will never go back.

I live in my RV full time and newer to the "vanlife" this year, I was bound to make a really crappy rookie mistake at some point. And boy did I ever! Unnoticed by me I turned into a grocery store parking lot (not a parkade, just a flat open parking lot.) that unexpectedly had height restrictions. I was looking down at the curb and for pedestrians as I turned in, not noticing or thinking there would be a restriction and then heard something on my roof. I assumed it was just the max height bar and chains rolling over my roof. Not until I pulled over and went to get something from the back and immediately noticed my emergency hatch above my loft AND my main space ceiling vent were just smashed to smithereens. And OF COURSE it was the morning after this years first snow fall, so the roof was just covered in snow and ice. How was I going to fix this? Let alone immediately?! It's my house, it's -5C outside. I knew it needed to get fixed inside a real shop. I also had really smashed the frame of the main vent, so I need a proper repair. Can't risk leaks in vanlife. And boy did I really just destroyed it. However, I remembered Doug at Horton RV when I was calling around for some information when I first got my old vintage gal back in the spring. I hadn't had a chance to do work with him yet, but I just remember how he was the only one who was helpful to me on the phone that day. That made him the only one I thought of to contact in this moment. I don't even remember any other place I contacted, I woulda had to re-google search otherwise (my head space was not in that frame of mind). And so I called Horton RV and Doug answered. He more than answered my phone call this time, he answered my prayers! He understood my position in the cold and this being my home and the extent of the damage had to be done inside a shop. Doug helped me out with best suggestions on how to save me the most money, as this was obviously an unexpected cost. Truly, Horton RV is the place to go and be helped, not scammed. As a solo female, that can happen so much more than many know. So, to that I am even so grateful for. THANK YOU DOUG! You are an Angel.

We couldn't find anyone to even look at it until we were referred to Derek by Bucar's RV. In spite of being very busy Derek understood our problem and fit us in saying he would at least diagnose our issues if he wasn't able to repair it due to parts and our timeline. Well, he not only diagnosed it, he fixed it and had us up and running in an amazingly short amount of time. On top of that it was hundreds of dollars less than anticipated. Yesterday I had the most terrifying experience of my life!!…read moreI went to pick up my trailer for storage to bring home for the night for camping this weekend as I have done since I bought it a year ago.. everything went right but something was very wrong.. 10 Minutes down the road on a country road in Airdrie with no shoulder and all of a sudden the trailer slams down on the ground as I'm going 90 and starts bouncing back and forth only attached by one cable as the cable was sheared, the emergency brake line pulled to lock the trailer breaks and the metal was dragging on the ground shooting sparks thru the air!! All while I try to slow down my vehicle and the trailer and stop without rolling either into the ditch as the was NO shoulder to pull over! I decided to try to call Racetrack RV where I bought it a year ago to ask their suggestion as to how I can move it now before I called a tow truck.. I was frantic! The receptionist who answered said no problem I'm going to transfer you to someone who can help.. The guy on the phone said no problem where are you I'm on my way!!Keep in mind I didn't just buy it.. it was in May 2017!! But after sitting terrified on the road , in the pouring rain not able to move I see the Racetrack truck pull up and feel so relieved!! I walk back to greet him and it's the owner!!! He gets down on the ground replaces the line so I am able to unlock and drive then says " ok now let's drive it to my service lot and I'll follow so you know you're safe" The Service business lot was closed for the day so he unlocks, drives me in, takes the trailer off my vehicle and as I'm thanking him over and over I ask when it can be fixed..he says " oh you're still camping this weekend this is our first service to be completed tomorrow " Now that is Customer Service..Talk about going above and beyond!!!! I love supporting companies who truly care about people!!

I've dealt with several people in parts & service since I bought my trailer at the RV show in February 2016. The latest was Shawn and I gotta say, so far he's been great to deal with. He was very accommodating by coming in on his day off so I could pick up my unit that was in for some warranty work and accident repair. He was helpful and thoroughly explained everything that was done. He has a genuine concern that the customers he looks after are happy with the service they've been given and that they will feel comfortable coming back should they need service in the future. My trailer was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. They also did a few minor services, like inspect the roof and tire pressure. These little things mean a lot to a customer. I've emailed the parts department several times and always got a response in a very timely manner. I will never recommend the Racetrack business team that I had the misfortune of dealing with (Matt & Josh) but I will absolutely recommend their parts and service staff, their sales staff and Ken, the owner as people I will do business with again. As someone that runs a camping group in Calgary, I will be sure to share my experience with the over 500 members in my group :)

Jason the service manager goes in and fixes the problems in 10 minutes hooks my batteries up correctly and says No Charge. I'm so glad I met Jason and Integrity RV. Integrity RV really works hard to please and get your business To show the contrast to another RV dealership who I had used in the area for many years unfortunately changed hands last year under new ownership. After being told it would cost me next to nothing to lubricate my slide out they charged me $100. extra over and above the other work I was having done. I totally felt ripped off and that's why I decided to go to Integrity RV. for all my RV service and needs.
