Great service and prices. They have a genuine interest in getting your car back on the road. Worth the trip.

This Part Source should not be allowed to sell brake components. They sold me 2 different sets of…read morebrake drums for my pick up by the brand of OE that were out of round and poorly machined. Driving on the highway with these drums caused horrible vibration which is dangerous and distracting. I can't believe they are allowed to sell this kind of quality in Canada. If you value your safety especially when it comes to brake components stay clear of Part Source. Thank you.

We live in Las Vegas, NV and we went to Banff, AB for a weekend trip. My 2008 Nissan Quest SES…read morelight went off and after a couple hundred miles and didnt went away I was beginning to worry. On our way to Edmonton, AB I stopped at this store to see if I can rent an OBD2 scanner because my older model OBD2 scanner was outdated and was not working when connected to my vans ECM. I was greeted by a few young gentlemen over the counter and felt welcome to be in their store. I'm surprised that the folks here doesn't act like a KNOW IT ALL MASTER TECH. Anyway, the young man who help me out suggested some OBD2 scanners which are out of my budget of $60 for a simple trouble code retrieval and deletion. Well, instead of him pushing for a sale he explained to me in great details of each device and why it cost more. He also suggested a competition store across the street and stated if they don't have a cheaper device that I am always welcome to comeback to his store. Well, the other store has a cheaper version $54 and I ended up buying it and I erased the trouble code right on the spot. Thanks to the good guys at partsource, you guys are awesome!!! I apologized, I always forget names of good people...

Crowfoot Hyundai - Hyundai maintenance schedule for my vehicle

Worst Customer Service I've ever had. You get zero communication from the service department. We…read morepurchased their service plan for our lease which means we get free service at any Hyundai dealership and yet we only get a free service every other time, the remaining times we have to go and re-show all our paperwork which they somehow cant find and promise they will keep the information on file only to do the same thing two services later it's a waste of everyone's time. They end up refunding us the money every time but it is such hassle. I love my car but good lord I will never purchase or lease another Hyundai if this is the kind of service they provide. The only reason it's one star it's because I like my car, otherwise it would be a minus 1000 stars.

Brought my car in for a recall. After about an hour I received a message: Good Morning it is…read more[redacted] here from Hyundai. Just letting you know that the technician has started working on your vehicle right now and has completed his complimentary inspection. "There are a few things that require your attention: 1. BATTERY SERVICE $62 2. BRAKE SERVICE $192 3. BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE $160 4. SPARK PLUGS $288 5. COOLANT FLUID EXCHANGE $210 7. TRANSMISSION FLUID EXCHANGE $310 8. FUEL AIR INDUCTION SERVICE $260 9. WHEEL ALIGNMENT $140 10. LEFT AND RIGHT MARKER LIGHT BULB $80" Problem is, my battery is less than 6 months old, I had a complete brake job two weeks ago, had my fluids checked (and topped off) at the same time as getting the brake job as I also booked an oil change an a general "check her out" tune up. The wheel alignment? Yeah - had that done recently when I changed over from my winter tires. The spark plugs? They're fine. When I called to let them know that these issues are imaginary (I was nicer than that - I promise, though I was a bit angry, admittedly), I was told that this was all just based off the kilometers and not the inspection. Really? Really?! I'm sorry this is disgusting. They were willing to lie to get $1,702 out of me for unnecessary work based on kilometers - though I was told it was an inspection that turned up the issues. Go to literally any other place that services Hyundai vehicles.
