Highly reccommend the actual services themselves. The front desk staff needs some work. In my experience, when you go to a salon and tell the front desk you are here, they go back to get the stylist who takes you to their station. This doesn't happen here, I guess you're supposed to search for your stylist yourself? For a salon that says they are high end, I would expect the front desk to find my stylist for me. Just seems lazy. If the customer service was better, I would give them 5 stars, no question.

I'm not a child and very seldomly let someone talk to me crazy about something that they did. Had to literally bite my tongue because I didn't want to cause a commotion in the salon. Getting mad because I texted your personal number that you gave me. "Didn't get your number for Zelle" just to tell you I was going to be five minutes late is ridiculous. I understand you want clients to use the business phone but you don't have to get smart and make that known the first visit and not the third. Last time seeing Stephanie. Very disappointed. Learn how to talk to people. Second time I went she tried to get snappy because I was asking at the price at the end. Only because I paid a deposit before I came so I wanted to know if that was included. Honest mistake but use better customer service.
