Do not waste your time or money. This medispa is significantly overpriced for the level of service and care provided. I called twice during business hours this week and was sent straight to voicemail both times, which made it difficult to get any assistance. I canceled my appointment a day in advance and received a voicemail warning me about a cancellation fee, which felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional given the notice provided. The overall experience gave the impression that they operate as if they're the only option in the area, with a somewhat pretentious attitude that doesn't match the level of service delivered. Seeing the owner respond aggressively to reviews here only reinforces the impression of a toxic and unprofessional culture. There are plenty of other local businesses that offer more reasonable pricing and much more welcoming, responsive customer service. I would recommend looking elsewhere. All of the injectors have been fabulous, so it is super unfortunate to see how this business is currently being managed. Disappointing to say the least! read more

I had some fillers done 2 years back and a portion of my chin was lumpy and scarred. I went back to the spa and they didn't do anything to correct the issue and said it was my chin that was the issue and not the filler. Now that the filler is all gone I no longer have the lump but I do have a scar from the needle. And in trying to reach them they have done nothing. They seem to be more interested in insulting their former customers when they post a poor review than doing anything to help. read more

I really want to like this place, but I'm having some challenges. 1) I've called several times and get an answering machine during regular business hours. 2) I email and correspondence is spotty at best. 3) no online booking to make things easier. Upon my first visit for Botox I was recommended their most pricey procedure "Cool Peel" Laser, without even inquiring about other services. Well, I am all for recommendations. When I ask for them I feel it is a bit sales driven to bring it up upon first meeting me, I would've preferred if they waited until we established a relationship. Funny thing is that when my friend went a few weeks after me a different nurse did the same and recommend Cool Peel. Seems like they are just pushing that product. read more

The latest insult was having Tiffany - supposedly a manager - burn my face during an IPL procedure. I repeatedly told her I smelled burning flesh - MINE! and she said - Oh that is normal. I have had several IPLs and NEVER has my flesh burned! She refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong. Two weeks later - I called to see how they will help me. If you can get past the front office receptionist it might be ok, They don't know their own staff, left several messages to setup an appointment with Crystal for Cool Sculpturing but no call back and the receptionist didn't know who she was. I won't be returning because, well, I'm sick of returning to have my Botox "touched up". When in reality i'm paying them to fix their mistakes from the first time. You're paying them to learn how to inject correctly. It's absurd. Especially when they don't get it right the second time. Nobody charges for this. At least not at a reputable place. This last go-round the injector didn't even fix the issue, the now concentrated wrinkle area is still there. I'm convinced nobody knows how to inject Botox in CT save a few dermatologists in Greenwich. Sadly most people in CT probably don't know what it should look like so they're probably okay with what they get. Luckily I'm out of town in Dallas for the next week so I can have my old dermatologist fix this but I shouldn't have to. Note to anyone to is interested in Botox, only see a dermatologist who is recommended to you. That is, if you're in CT. Every city has plenty of dermatology practices with amazing dermatologists. I love this place and have been a client for many years. Now that they've opened the Fairfield spa, that's where I'll be heading. I would like to comment on this year's Anniversary party at Tashua in Trumbull though. In comparison to the one at the Waterview in Monroe last year, it paled in comparison. Apps were ordinary, very ho-hum and there was not enough seating. If you didn't get there early, you had to stand for three hours. The venue should at least provide enough high tops so that people could place a drink and food on something. An announcement was made in the beginning of the event saying that gift bags were going to be given away every half hour. I remember two, maybe I missed one, but I don't think they were given away every half hour. Hopefully, the venue and the quality of food at the next party is comparable to last year's which was amazing! read more
