I've been coming to Newtown Medispa for over 10 years. They never disappoint! Deb is absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything you've done for me Deb. Tiffany, I feel and look younger now than before I started coming to you. The practice manager, Nicole, has always been so kind and helpful. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and professionalism. I love Newtown MediSpa! read more

awesome care services Debra Sullivan a true professional excellent in what she does amazing service treatmentb

This place is amazing! From the front desk staff (Dina and Michelle) to the rest of the staff (April, Tiffany, etc), you are treated with such kindness and caring and high quality the minute you walk in the door! Can't recommend enough! read more

The space is clean and beautiful. Staff is very friendly, highly recommend Sam! Only reason this isn't five stars is due to pricing which is on the high end. I don't leave because they do have decent sales (and Sam is great), so if you are able to catch the sales/deals they have it makes it a little more easier on your wallet. read more

Do not waste your time or money. This medispa is significantly overpriced for the level of service and care provided. I called twice during business hours this week and was sent straight to voicemail both times, which made it difficult to get any assistance. I canceled my appointment a day in advance and received a voicemail warning me about a cancellation fee, which felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional given the notice provided. The overall experience gave the impression that they operate as if they're the only option in the area, with a somewhat pretentious attitude that doesn't match the level of service delivered. Seeing the owner respond aggressively to reviews here only reinforces the impression of a toxic and unprofessional culture. There are plenty of other local businesses that offer more reasonable pricing and much more welcoming, responsive customer service. I would recommend looking elsewhere. All of the injectors have been fabulous, so it is super unfortunate to see how this business is currently being managed. Disappointing to say the least! read more

Love this place great work and great staff! They listen to your needs and I come home glowing every time ! Thank you read more

I really want to like this place, but I'm having some challenges. 1) I've called several times and get an answering machine during regular business hours. 2) I email and correspondence is spotty at best. 3) no online booking to make things easier. Upon my first visit for Botox I was recommended their most pricey procedure "Cool Peel" Laser, without even inquiring about other services. Well, I am all for recommendations. When I ask for them I feel it is a bit sales driven to bring it up upon first meeting me, I would've preferred if they waited until we established a relationship. Funny thing is that when my friend went a few weeks after me a different nurse did the same and recommend Cool Peel. Seems like they are just pushing that product. read more

Huge shout out to Laurie, I wasn't able to do a google so Yelp it is! She spent a great amount of time educating me on services and set up a treatment plan we both agreed upon. Thx you NTMS and Laurie I appreciate you read more

I had some fillers done 2 years back and a portion of my chin was lumpy and scarred. I went back to the spa and they didn't do anything to correct the issue and said it was my chin that was the issue and not the filler. Now that the filler is all gone I no longer have the lump but I do have a scar from the needle. And in trying to reach them they have done nothing. They seem to be more interested in insulting their former customers when they post a poor review than doing anything to help. read more

I had a terrible experience with Deb. I spent a lot of money with her and my face doesn't look any different. Beware!!

Update: Seems as though someone is answering the phone now, which is nice. Tried their new relaxation room. Nice vibe, very relaxing, but was never offered snacks or drinks. So ... ? read more

My experience with Angela has been amazing! Very knowledgable and honest. Clean and comfortable atmosphere.

I was a loyal client for several years, even though they repeatedly screwed up my appointment times and had me drive 45 minutes to get there only to tell me I didn't have an appointment. The latest insult was having Tiffany - supposedly a manager - burn my face during an IPL procedure. I repeatedly told her I smelled burning flesh - MINE! and she said - Oh that is normal. I have had several IPLs and NEVER has my flesh burned! She refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong. Two weeks later - I called to see how they will help me. Newtown employees Kelly and Fairfield manager - Laurie said - oh you signed the paperwork so we don't have to address your concerns! Put vaseline on it!!! Please - DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DELICATE SKIN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU - ONLY ABOUT $$$$$$$$. DEBRA - number one injector?????In her dreams. DON'T DO IT. Figuring out how to upload a photo - working on it! read more

I had the most amazing experience with Deb. She did Botox, filler and lips for me before my wedding and I could not believe the results. She is so professional and extremely personable. I felt comfortable and confident in everything she recommended. All of the employees are amazing and welcoming. You walk out of there feeling empowered and beautiful! read more

Ive been to MANY spas for botox/fillers and will NOT go anywhere else since Jacqui started treating me. Shes absolutely the best- always full of positivity, easy to talk to, kind and sensitive to your needs. She will NOT over sell or allow you to do things that will cost you a lot of money and not be the best plan for you. More importantly, she doesnt make you feel like a hot mess when youre not at your best, nor is she ever judgy. Shes very knowledgeable and patient and will work with you for long term planning to keep you at your best. The salon is welcoming, elegant yet comfortable. The front reception staff is always very sweet and check in and out is a breeze. The other aestheticians i have seen are also very skilled just in case you cant get in to see Jacqui! Definitely go here- never a bad experience read more

I have been doing microblading with Lacie, she is truly amazing. It was always worth the pain but now they have new numbing cream which is a HUGE help! It had made the whole process even easier. read more

I've tried absolutely everything for my TMJ and I am so grateful to finally experiencing some relief thanks to Botox in my jaws. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and I've never received as much care for both the TMJ and my tendency to get woozy around medical needles. Thank you!! read more

I came in for Injectables and she helped me realize I didn't need them, so I felt like the service was very trustworthy.

Wow.....just Wow! I had an amazing experience at Newtown MediSpa yesterday. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with kindness and friendly smiles. I was immediately taken in to a beautiful treatment room and was seen within minutes for my appointment. Deb spent the time to analyze my issues and developed a perfect game plan for me to achieve the results I desired. The level of expertise, skill, talent and professionalism is unmatched. I feel and look 10 years younger and I am so grateful. Thank you Deb for your kindness and for making this girl feel special! xx Caroline in Connecticut read more

Do not use this place. I called and made an appointment. They told me they were "running behind" and would call me when they were ready to come in. I waited in my car for an hour and 15 minutes and they never called. I called them and they told me that they called me and text me to come in which was not true. They then told me they were closed and I could not go in for my appointment. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. read more

I absolutely love this place, I get my Microblading with Lacie and she does a GREAT GREAT job. I have gotten people that do eyebrows come up to me to find out who does my Microblading. They look so natural that I'm in shock how natural they look. I can't say one negative thing about the place everyone is very friendly. I live closer to their new location in Fairfield and I thought of going there but I love these girls so I'll stay right here. read more

Outstanding spa that has a highly professional staff! From the reception desk to the actual procedures done I have nothing but positive things to say. Tanya took her time with me to make sure I was comfortable with what I was having done. I would highly recommend Newtown Medi Spa! Not one negative thing to say! read more

Gorgeous spa, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Even with the COVID pandemic, they are organized and accommodating in making appointments. I've seen both Sue and Deb, the owner, for treatments. Each time they've been wonderful and done a great job for a good price (I was given a nurse discount too, thanks guys!). I can't recommend Newtown MediSpa enough! read more

They don't call you back. If you can get past the front office receptionist it might be ok, They don't know their own staff, left several messages to setup an appointment with Crystal for Cool Sculpturing but no call back and the receptionist didn't know who she was. Have since found another place that can actually take messages and call you back. Lost all confidence in this place and would not trusting them with a $2500 procedure. read more

Called and asked a question, girl who answered the phone was so snippy I definitely won't be going there. I wanted to ask another question and before I can she hung up the phone on my face!! I guess they don't need any more business smh!! read more

I won't be returning because, well, I'm sick of returning to have my Botox "touched up". When in reality i'm paying them to fix their mistakes from the first time. You're paying them to learn how to inject correctly. It's absurd. Especially when they don't get it right the second time. Nobody charges for this. At least not at a reputable place. This last go-round the injector didn't even fix the issue, the now concentrated wrinkle area is still there. I'm convinced nobody knows how to inject Botox in CT save a few dermatologists in Greenwich. Sadly most people in CT probably don't know what it should look like so they're probably okay with what they get. Luckily I'm out of town in Dallas for the next week so I can have my old dermatologist fix this but I shouldn't have to. Note to anyone to is interested in Botox, only see a dermatologist who is recommended to you. That is, if you're in CT. Every city has plenty of dermatology practices with amazing dermatologists. Somehow CT is a black hole when it comes to this. read more

Deb was fantastic! I told her what I was looking for and wasn't looking for. She was on the same page as me and definitely has a less is more mentality. She stressed safety and knowledge of the practice and told me what, why and how much of everything she was going to use which helped me to know I was in good hands! I love the results.. Will be going back :) read more

Extremely overpriced for majority of services. I've been going for 5 months and I will never go back. EVERYTIMe I go the price increased by $50 and constantly have to fight for them to justify if I come every month to get the SAME service how does the price constantly increase. Will be going to another spa that charges 1/3 their prices and same expertise with APRN and NPs doing services and I've loved their professionalism and transparency read more

Moving back to CT after 16 years in CA (4 of which I spent in Los Angeles), I am thrilled to find Tanya at Newtown MediSpa! I previously worked in the office for Beverly Hills' top plastic surgeon and am so impressed and delighted with Tanya's experience, expertise, skill, knowledge, and wonderfully warm and friendly personality! I came in for a little skin rejuvenation and wrinkle prevention and am so happy I did! Their prices are very reasonable/competitive, and Tanya definitely knew exactly what to do - I totally trusted her. I didn't want anything drastic, just totally natural, and I look about ten years younger (not kidding!!!), fresher, and like I have been sleeping really really well! Yay! I am delighted, would enthusiastically recommend Tanya and this MediSpa to anyone - especially if you're like me and want some looking for natural subtle improvements that will make you look drastically more refreshed and youthful. They have a great assortment of SkinMedica products too, which I will totally vouch for as over the years I've had much experience with them and they do provide great results. I am so happy!!! Thank you! read more

I absolutely fell in love with Newtown MediSpa on my very first visit. The staff is warm & friendly. It's not at all one of these intimidating spas where everyone is so uptight. Instead it is a warm & inviting atmosphere and you literally get a good feeling even from other visitors to the spa. I am someone who did not want to make any dramatic changes or have any extremely pricey procedures done. All I wanted was to look my best & to look refreshed. That is exactly what I got! Debra took very good care of me from the moment I met her & never tried to talk me into anything I didn't need or would not be comfortable with. Tanya has also taken care of me & just like Debra has done nothing but given me results that actually exceeded my expectations. I have walked out of the spa feeling good about myself & sometimes just literally excited each & every visit. If I could give Newtown MediSpa more than 5 stars I certainly would. I am forever grateful to my girlfriend who convinced me to just visit for a consultation. I cannot imagine myself going anywhere else. read more

After going to several other clinics for treatments I was finally referred to Newtown Medispa and Deb. I now have been a client for several years. The place is always very clean and the staff is extremely friendly wither when I call on the phone or I'm there in person. I was so unbelievably impressed with Newtown MediSpa. They are so nice - from reception to service, extremely professional and skillful. The office is gorgeous, pristine and tranquil with soothing spa music coming from the built-in speakers. I was lucky enough to work with Debra (but I'm sure ANYONE there would be amazing) and she took the time to explain things to me and put me at ease. I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in. I also heard her interacting with other patients in other rooms and the mood was light and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Please note, I live in Norwalk and work in Stamford, and drove over an hour in rush hour traffic to get there, but I will go back again - it's worth it to have a place you can trust! read more
