I felt they were exercising the necessary precautions during covid while still maintaining great support! Karla was my specialist and she was sooo friendly and thorough. Additionally, she noticed how much darker my skin was under my arms and between my thighs. I have always been self-conscious about these areas and she showed me how the "smooth me" wipes not only help with ingrown hairs but also help diminish the color. The product has been working and I'm so thankful for her attention to detail. Her care and and thoughtfulness helped me easily address a problem. I wish I could have Karla as my regular specialist!

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR EYEBROWS!!…read more I went today to get my eyebrows waxed, a simple procedure for anyone involved in the beauty industry. I saw a sign on their window that said $7 for eyebrow waxing, and I, as a very low maintenance person, decided why not. While the salon was nice on the inside, the woman working COMPLETELY messed up my eyebrows. I asked for them to be SHAPED (as I have naturally thick eyebrows) and she took off at least half of them, leaving thin and pencil like eyebrows. She told me that this is what shaping was...did she ever go to beauty school? Why would I come in there and want all that removed? I was FUMING. I have been getting my eyebrows done at random nail places for 5 years, and never have I had such a bad experience. I immediately went to Sephora to buy an eyebrow pencil to fill them as well as a rapid growth serum in for the next 4 or so months while they're growing back. NOT WORTH IT. Too bad I paid $50 extra for these products, and it is a pain to have to fill them in everyday. I am adequately scarred for life with eyebrow waxing, and no one is going near my brows anytime soon.
