My wife and I were in town for a day, and made arrangements to dine at Branded. We walked in and were greeted warmly by a welcoming hostess. The ambiance was local, hometown favorite vibe. Our server, Caroline, was an absolute joy! She was so sweet and helpful offering suggestions and local favorites. It was Half price bottles of wine night, so we enjoyed an excellent bottle of Caymus California Cab. We both ordered Steaks and they were absolutely perfectly prepared. What a highlight to our short little visit. If we are ever in the area again, we will DEFINITELY be back for another dinner date!!!!!! A+++. Thanks again Caroline!

Went here after the JFK50 Everyone was so friendly and kind! Incredible service and food. The New York Strip my wife got was so beefy flavorful and cooked spot on medium rare. She had a house pepper sauce which she loved. I had the Porterhouse which was well seasoned and delicious! It was more medium than medium rare on the ginormous fillet side but it was delicious also. I got the cowboy butter which was a herbal butter very good but not needed due to amazing steak seasoning. The big star was the fresh vegetable medley which was hand cut and cooked fresh... delicious! I would return in a heartbeat!

Service is really good. I tried 3 different martinis on their menu and man are they good! They're a little pricey but I think they were worth it. I ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo. I wasn't really impressed with it. They used the wrong type of noodles for the dish and the sauce was lacking in flavor. We were a little annoyed that we were told there were no tables available but many were open. I'm assuming they meant to be reserved but the whole time we were there which was about 2-3 hours they didn't seat anyone at those. The resturaunt was really pretty though. Need to try the steak next time!

o happy to have found a steakhouse near here. We went for lunch, so didn't opt for a steak meal- but instead had salads, appetizers and fish. All were delicious! I had the full wedge salad (would probably go for half next time), my husband had a small house salad. Then I had tuna sashimi- it was perfect and the noddles with sauces were amazing. My husband ate the trout after a recommendation from our waitress, Service was great and the decor all the way down to the log table were neat- we will be back!

First time here and I didn't hold back. The setting is great with a nice dim lighting to set the mood for a nice romantic dinner. We ordered drinks from the bar. The house Margarita was excellent and they had a great wine selection as well. We started off with the Buffalo Wings for apps, they were absolutely fantastic. These wings had the best sauce that I've had in Frederick County, I couldn't get enough of them. For my entree, I went with the 12 oz ribeye with a baked potato. The steak was prepared perfectly and well-seasoned. My date got the lobster ravioli, these left a bit to be desired. A bit lukewarm and not much flavor to be honest. A bit of an oily sauce for my liking. Just a warning they do not serve bread or anything else while you're waiting for your food like a typical steakhouse. The service was awesome, we enjoyed our serve (Kaya) who was very attentive and had a great personality.

Gelato bomb (has peanut butter gelato inside)

This was a great dinner! The gelato bomb was amazing. However, drinks took a long time to come out, as well as food! Love the atmosphere though. We will go back

Steak had zero seasoning, like none what so ever ...... they spilled water on the plate so the steak was floating and never asked of we wanted a new one..... more worried about grill marks than the way it tastes ..... disappointed!! Worst meal of our life

Service was good, wine list was good, but a restaurant calling itself a chophouse should do better than a 1/2" thick Denny's like ribeye.

I was excited to see great reviews for JB Seafood, located only a mile off US70. The shop is in a charming small historic building. We found parking behind the building. There was a steady stream of people going into the market. They sell fresh seafood to go and a selection of dine-in options. Many of the seafood prices are listed as Market Price. The crab sandwich was $23 with tax and there is an up-charge for use of credit card. The crabcake is thick with lump crabmeat. My sandwich was perfectly seasoned and prepared in authentic Maryland style. The bun with lettuce and tomato fresh were and tasty, too. The sandwich was perfection. The service was efficient. The clerk didn't waste time with pleasantries. The food takes awhile to prepare. I waited about 15 minutes after I ordered as they fresh bake the crab cakes. A tip jar sits by the cash register. The place is cute inside decorated in a harbor/seafood theme. There are 5 tables inside and 2 counters that seat 4 people each. It's the kind of place that you'd meet a friend for lunch and a beer and hang out. There are a couple of Adirondack chairs out front. A tv monitor was playing basketball reruns. The crab cakes can be purchased unbaked to go (along with a host of other seafood). There is a small full bar and coke products. They also serve ice cream, which is what many of the families were stopping for on this hot summer day. I will make JB's a regular stop on my way through Maryland. Well worth a visit.

And they offered to sauté it instead of deep fry. Definitely gets points for that. The place is small so if you want to eat in, go early before the crowd. They also do a lot of takeout business. We went there because it was close to 70 and had great rating. Not disappointed. Easy on, easy off highway. We would have gone again on our way back from our trip, but they are closed on Mondays. There is a parking lot in the back.

Food came out at just the right pace between courses. Ambience was only "ok"... I did notice that things looked a bit worn. And one thing that bothered me was that there were ceiling tiles that were badly water stained and sagging... nothing active, but it was very unsightly. Given that they are very easy to replace, leaving them there just made the place feel less "special evening" ambience to more like "a diner" which is a shame for a place i expected to be more classy. As for the food we had lots of positives to say. We tried the crab bisque appetizer which was thick and creamy with just the right amount of seasoning and crab meat. The portion for a first course was generous. We also got the steamed mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce. The mussels were cooked perfectly. They were plump, tender and flavorful the sauce was delicious. Be sure to ask for extra bread to soak up some of the broth and juices. The side salads were likewise generous portions, fresh and crisp. Very happy! The main courses come with just one side. I got the fried seafood platter with hushpuppies and my wife got the stuffed flounder with onion rings. The fried platter came with flounder, shrimp and oysters, with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. All were coated in a lightly seasoned breading that was crisp. Not overly thick. The hushpuppies, which other reviewers said were outstanding, I found to be on the sweet side. Crisp, yes, but overall just ok...I prefer mine more savory than sweet. The stuffed flounder was also very well done. Delicious. The flounder was cooked just right. Flaky and moist. The onion rings were thick cut, beer batter dipped. They were hot and crisp and the portion like everything else here was generous. In the end we did need a box to bring some of our entrees home. We left very satisfied. So I was pretty satisfied with the food and the service. Now if they could just do something to get the dining room as upscale as the food and service this would be an outstanding dining experience... thus only four stars instead of five.

The cream of crab soup was top notch - a bowl would have been a meal in itself. Then came a salad big enough for 4 (delicious) and fresh out of the oven bread (enough for 4 also). The chicken breast with crabcake was massive and very tasty. The veal parm was sooooooo tasty and also massive. We have at least 2 more meals each. I really appreciated how far apart the tables are to allow for conversations you can hear and more space in the cold/flu season. I had a Chocolate Martini and my husband ordered a Lemondrop Martini (not on the menu) but was definitely good. The basket of the fluffy, soft, warm rolls were incredible and something I will come back for. I got the Mediterranean bruschetta special which came with feta, crabmeat, tomatoes, balsamic glaze and lots of other yummy things on four pieces of bruschetta. It was delicious. The shrimp scampi over the thin fresh noodles was a pleasure - really loved how big the shrimp were and the large helping of pasta. My husband got the lasagna which was good although they used some different cheeses which made it taste a little different but still good. Amanda our waitress was quick, pleasant, and took good care of us. Fratelli's is a Resy restaurant. Make reservations ahead of time, since on Saturdays even at 4:00 pm, all the reservations are already booked for the night. I have returned to Fratelli's for a work group lunch. Kendra was excellent, taking care of our large group with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile and manner. I got the !4" pizza which is a deep dish pizza - just perfect - not too buttery. I got sausage which had the long slices of sausage on it, not spicy. You can only eat one or two pieces out of the thick eight slices, the pizza is thick so expect to share or take it home for several more lunches.

This restaurant is located in Fairfield, PA. They need to update the address on their website. We were directed to 989 Track Rd. but the actual address is 2789 Track Rd. I don't have any explanation for this discrepancy. This is a very casual place; the dining area is open to the bar, which I don't particularly care for, but it was clean. There is also a covered deck outside where you can sit and have your meal as well. The plastic bucket in the middle of the table was meant to be the communal waste can for discarded crab shells, shrimp skins, paper trash, etc. I guess it was a handy thing to have if you're eating crabs but kind of disgusting if you're not. I'd prefer NOT to have to look at the discarded remains of my fellow dining partners meals. My girlfriend and I each ordered wine; she a White Zinfandel and for myself a Pinot Grigio. Both were such an inexpensive version and so sickeningly sweet that we both winced when we took a sip. Hubby was happy with his Stella on tap. It's more of a beer place. My friend and I split an appetizer of peel and eat shrimp. They really were delicious and were more than just Old Bay Seafood seasoning; there was just something that made them really tasty. I tried one of her hush puppies and it was probably the best hush puppy I've ever eaten. My Crab Imperial was OK. It wasn't creamy. It was kind of chunky which was a little bit offputting. I'm not sure what type of crab was used‍The baked potato was way overcooked and had so much butter on it that I couldn't taste the potato. It was just a mushy greasy mess. Our salads came in such small plastic bowls that mine tipped over the first time I put my fork inside. My hubby's fish was outstanding and my girlfriend's husband gobbled up his dinner, so I'm assuming it was really good as well. Overall, it was ok ... I didn't feel it lived up to all the good reviews that it has gotten.
