Matt arrived on time, communicated throughout the entire ordeal, spent over an hour looking over the roof, offered invaluable advice, and never disparaged the other company despite the COUNTLESS issues he uncovered. We are working on options to get our roof corrected and will absolutely call Firefighter Roofing if we're allowed to deviate from the original roofing company. There's nothing I appreciate more than people who carry themselves with character, respect, integrity, clear communication, and honest feedback. This roofing company has a good one in Matt H. and I wouldn't hesitate in letting his crew fix our roof. Stay blessed and good luck on your project if/when you decide to use this team.
