The owner left tree pieces he was supposed to haul away. I saw him add them to a pile of cut trees we already had. They just ran over things that were in their way instead of asking us to move them, breaking things like yard stakes where I didn't want vehicles to park anyway. They damaged a lot of smaller trees that I asked them to avoid just running into them with their equipment. I do not recommend this company. The only good thing about it was the price.

They not only took down the 4 trees but also pruned another tree in the backyard, grounded up branch debris, hauled off numerous tree logs, and grinded the stumps into sawdust. They start by removing lower limbs and putting them in the wood chipper. Then with the bucket truck and ropes they took the tree down from top to bottom. They are experienced and dropped each limb and tree section safely. They knew exactly where they wanted it to fall and made it happen. They took down two very big trees- one in front and one in back which entailed removing wooden fence to get truck and equipment through. The stumps were ground down and everything was cleaned up and removed. The fence was put back up and my property looks so much better. The crew was prompt and on time.
