How the whole shop worked in unison, provide customer rides while repairing their cars, had a sign on the wall that spoke of honesty and they have it her. Man oh man, if it wasn't for this shop I would have been in a horrible place…read more Spent good money at another certain shop that is "Toyota specific" in Middletown. And they destroyed the studs on my exhaust manifold from a simple bolt on magnaflow exhaust that should have been no more than 2 hours and a few hundred dollars. It left that shop leaking and loose, right rear cat failed and magnaflow honored the warranty and shipped me a replacement. Brought it back to have them swap the part and fix the leak. It leaked even worse and the owner told me straight to my face that it was not leaking and it didn't fit perfect cause it wasn't OEM. I finally find Eric with performance automotive and come To find out he even used to work at ams, so he knows what he's doing for sure. After spending 3 hours removing the old stripped studs and putting in new hardware, the magnaflow exhaust all went into place perfect like an OEM part . Had some other parts that needed to go on before a trip back to California and when I went to drop off truck my alternator was showing signs it was going out. Got all the parts together and he managed to swap that, installed my traction bars, do my carrier bearing on my driveshaft, and airbag cradles. Truck drives perfect now and while his shop rate may be "high" to some people, he actually is working that full hour and doesn't just sit around. I'd rather pay more per hour and less hours and ensure it gets done than some of these other shops in the area that charge less per hour but bill you more hours and mess things up like what I experienced that he had to fix. Overall you get what you pay for and simply put, He's the only shop I would ever go to out there.

Overall the service went as expected and their team told us it was cleared out with no other concerns or leaks detected. As soon as the following day and after watching the ground after the car was parked, it was obvious this wasn't the case. We took my son's car to Medley's and they found the root cause to the issue. My husband has shared multiple times with people his disappointment in Meineke and that our money was wasted there. I can't imagine we'd come back after this experience or recommend them to someone asking for a car service provider.

3 Grand on A/C repair. They did not put BACK on the low end or the high end Schrader valve caps;…read morecaps missing now. They did not unclog the A/C drain like they said they did. Floor board soaking wet on passenger side, clean water. I do not expect to see any dye in the system when I return tomorrow. I wonder if they even changed the compressor and condenser or the expansion valves, or if they just recharged the system? When you can't put the Schrader valve caps back on or take a few minutes to unclog the A/C drain, it's difficult to trust you did anything else.

My husband did his homework before buying tires for my vintage car. The tires that had been on the…read morevehicle were close to but not the same size as the original tires. This lead to my speedometer not reading accurately and the tires getting some rub. After determining the correct size my husband decided he really wanted Firestone tires. Our local tire shop doesn't carry Firestone so we opted to try Michel Tires Plus in Louisville. The process went quite smooth. My husband ordered the tires and set an appointment for the following week to have the tires installed and balanced. The business also does an inspection at the same time for brake wear and several other mechanical functions. On the day we dropped the car off the tire shop kept in touch with a slight delay in when the vehicle would be ready. (Only about an hour later than had been originally indicated). We are happy as can be with the new tires and how the car drives. We also were happy with the price and the savings we got by getting their charge card. I would have given the business five stars but they indicated we would be needing a new battery in the near future. Based on that information my husband ordered a battery from an auto shop and then did some checking. It turns out we didn't need a battery at all so my husband had to cancel the battery he had ordered. Although you only need so many tires I can imagine that we would give Michel Tires Plus repeat business.
