He said if I brought my car in, they could change my tires in about half an hour. Once I got there, Nico attended me throughout the tire change. He came to my car with me and helped me look for my tire keys, which took forever to find. He was extremely patient and helpful. The Continental tires I bought online were reasonably priced and ready for me quickly the following day. I would come here for tire change any day. I appreciate the attentive and friendly service at this location.

When I ordered the tires off of Amazon, they were $385 each & curiously I was being prompted for $65 for both tires installation service to be added onto my purchase with arrangements made to have the tires delivered directly to the tire store "just Tires" at whatever location I wanted and I selected the Coppell location because they are absolutely phenomenal & their customer service outreach. I used to go to Hamms Tires, which is just a dirty crappy old shop off of Carroll & 30 that I've been going through for 40 years but they wanted $40 a tire for the service absolutely ridiculous just a couple years ago. It was $5.00 dollars a tire. You know what I expected it "Just tires" though: The same crap that we get at Costco tire shop where they tell you: you gotta pay for the rebuild of your TPMS sensors because we can't guarantee them when we take off the tire & put on the new tire which is funny to me because in order to Put the new tire on the TPS sensors have already gotta be on the inside of the rim anyways. HEY COSTCO???: GET A FREAKING CLUE - BE CAREFUL DISMOUNTING & REMOUNTING THE TIRES IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION & YOU WON'T HAVE TO GIG THE CUSTOMER WHILE POCKETING THE FEE AS AN EXTRA GREEDY-GORDON GEKKO CRAPITALIST "GAIN". Just tires, never even mentioned the TPMS sensors they need to rebuild them. They need to be careful with them. They need to blah blah blah blah blah. They never ever extorted me one bit for any extra service or any extra roadside road, hazard, blah, blah, blah blah blah they were happy to change my tires . They were efficient. They didn't put me in the waiting room for hours on end like I would've ended up with at Discount Tire Company & they were very cordial @ nice the entire time. What a NICE experience. We have been bringing both of our vehicles here since we moved to Coppell a couple of years ago. I have, in fact, purchased new tires there but they actually offer many more services than just things that are tire related. Last week I had them do my annual inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. It was not busy the day I was there- it was early afternoon during the week, and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I also feel that their prices are reasonable and they don't try to upsell you on items or services you don't need which I appreciate. Everyone working at the front desk has always been polite, professional, and helpful as well.

Went there on a Saturday (in April 2025) at around 10am for wheel alignment, however Tareq (the manager I believe) told me they were fully booked with wheel alignment and asked me to come back on Monday (today as of I wrote this review) when they opened at 7:30am. Got there around 7:40, checked my car in with Tareq. The car was ready in about 40 min. They saved me at least a hundred bucks. I had to pay $139.99 at the dealership, plus other maintenance stuff. But here, for my Toyota RAV4 LE 2023, I only had to pay $102 or so. And when I asked if any other maintenance / replacement is needed (as per Toyota dealership claimed when I was there for my regular 15k miles inspection), I was told everything else is good. I am thankful for not having to pay for the extra stuff that I actually don't need. I am a first time car owner and this is my first time visiting a auto service shop that is not my dealership. I want to write this review with a little more detail for anyone who's looking for auto service, because I would definitely come back again for my next car service.

New process at self-check out as staff came by with tablet scanned contents of basket and membership card while waiting for open terminal. Since all scanned all we had to do at terminal was pay. Always good idea with large heavy items or number of small ones to have bar code up on package. Scan and go. Final note asked staff mbr at customer service where certain item was located. Checked computer and then escorted me all the way to back of store to make sure I could find it. He could have just told me but he took the walk as well. Good image.

After $2,834.90 in repairs, 9 separate visits to now 3 different firestone locations, 6 failed…read morerepair attempts for the same issue, 2 breakdowns requiring tows, 2 visits to other locations for supplemental help, a month of on and off being without a car, this 2014 Kia soul still isn't fixed for what should have been a simple catalytic converter repair. If the catalytic converter had been replaced, both halves with OEM kia parts the first time around without replacing other parts just to have the exact same issue persist with needless expensive repairs, we would not be here today. After 6 visits and 4 failed repair attempts at another location in Garland, a 2014 Kia Soul was towed here for catalytic converter issues after having major acceleration and engine shaking issues on July 9th. (Invoice 153160). It was the closest location to the breakdown so it just made sense. My girlfriend who had the breakdown spoke with Marcus and he said if the car could be towed there, they would look at it and warranty the faulty parts. Spoke with Jason on July 11th. They said they found no issues, they drove it around the block a few times, ran a computerized test on the car, and cleared the check engine light. HELLO?!?!?! The car had to be towed there. The car didn't magically resurrect itself. If it was a clogged catalytic converter, you may not have issues until down the road when the engine gets hot. We pick up the car and sure enough, 30 minutes later acceleration issues, and we are back to square 1 need a tow. How can a mechanic be that dumb to not understand basic logic that the car HAD TO BE TOWED THERE??? There must be something wrong with it. Look a little deeper. Taking the car to another mechanic verified that both sides of the catalytic converter were clogged, causing the issue. My girlfriend's experience alone has ensured i have not and will never take my car to firestone. This is unbelievable!

They Welcome walk-ins as well as Appointments that can be scheduled on line . To my surprise, the inside has been given a complete make over ! There are comfortable seats, counters with lots of space with ports to charge your electronics if needed . Benches outside if you'd like to enjoy the weather. Now the REASON I am a valued customer! They treat me like it ! No matter how busy this facility gets , they continue to Greet and acknowledge their customers presence . Friendly and Professional. The management obviously hires employees with social skills! I had Matt as my advisor , five stars for him as well . He was very patient with me . Explaining all of my options, I was very confident with the selections I chose . Never making me feel pressured to buy anything. Only suggestions. Discount Tire is Competitively Priced . I couldn't believe this new scam, tires were not good enough! Looked online and found that nearly any tire that holds air, can be aligned. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!
